Avevamo riposto piena fiducia ma ci siamo dovuti ricredere. Unfortunately, at the end of the works we encountered many problems, from the electrical system, to the measures of the doors that had to be standard but were not and this led to a series of delays and problems. Abbiamo da subito avuto l'impressione di avere a che fare con degli ottimi professionisti, che seguono ogni fase della lavorazione con impegno a grande passione. Seguiti da Cristiana e Martina, abbiamo avuto degli ottimi consigli su come trasformare il nostro alloggio, tenendo sempre in prima considerazione le nostre esigenze e i nostri gusti. Ogni spazio del nostro alloggio è stato valorizzato e ha assunto delle funzionalità che prima non aveva. Assolutamente da consigliare....... Now we have the house as we have always dreamed of it. We immediately had the impression that we were dealing with excellent professionals, who follow every phase of the process with commitment and great passion. Followed by Cristiana and Martina, we had excellent advice on how to transform our accommodation, always taking our needs and tastes into consideration. Every space of our accommodation has been enhanced and has taken on features that it did not have before. Absolutely to recommend .......

Entrusting our future home to Verde Mattone was a wealth for my husband and me, because it meant trusting people and this trust was reciprocated with availability, professionalism, education and kindness. Ci ha seguito l architetto Marco Pastore, abbiamo solo e sempre parlato con lui, hanno rispettato i tempi di consegna esattamente al giorno che ci avevano pronosticato 4 mesi prima, si sono preoccupati dei vicini di casa andando a visionare prima e dopo i lavori, per eventuali danni causati da rimettere a posto. Riceviamo i complimenti dagli altri condomini per aver creato meno fastidio possibile e soprattutto per come sono organizzati per gli smaltimenti a la sicurezza sul lavoro. Ovviamente si è discusso molto durante i 4 mesi ma ci sta perché i costi variano in base alle scelte dei materiali e agli imprevisti, comunque devo dire che sono corretti facendo i conti alla fine. Anche l assistenza per 2 anni dopo la fine dei lavori che sta seguendo l architetto Federico sta funzionando perfettamente, abbiamo avuto qualche problemino tipo doccia mal funzionante e crepe formatesi successivamente, prontamente risolti. Grazie di tutto Assuming that everything can be improved, I cannot fail to give 5 stars first of all to professionalism. The architect Marco Pastore followed us, we only and always talked with him, they respected the delivery times exactly to the day that they had predicted 4 months earlier, they took care of the neighbors by going to view before and after the works, to any damage caused by putting it back in place. We receive compliments from the other condominiums for having created as little nuisance as possible and above all for how they are organized for disposal and safety at work. Obviously there was a lot of discussion during the 4 months but it is there because the costs vary according to the choice of materials and the unexpected, however I must say that they are correct by the end. The assistance for 2 years after the end of the works that the architect Federico is following is also working perfectly, we had some problems such as a malfunctioning shower and cracks formed subsequently, promptly resolved. Aver affidato i lavori a loro ha significato azzerare le preoccupazioni e lo stress da gestione artigiani, così mi sono potuto concentrare su tutto il resto. La mia esperienza è stata molto positiva e, a due anni dai lavori, se ho bisogno di assistenza so che posso ancora contare su Federico del post-vendita, che si è rivelato sempre competente, attento e davvero disponibile. Grazie di tutto!!! I renovated my house with Verdemattone two years ago. Avevamo la necessità di avere un progetto chiavi in mano e un unico interlocutore e così è stato. L' architetto Cristiana e Martina hanno valorizzato le nostre idee e consegnato nei tempi stabiliti. Ovvio che nella post consegna qualche intoppo e qualcosa da rivedere vi è sempre man mano che si vive la casa ma il servizio post vendita seguito dal geometra Federico è sempre stato presente e in contatto con noi, pronto a trovare la soluzione e risoluzione del problema.
