Arrivo alle 7.40, fila di 50 persone e scopro che l'orario è indicativo e che chi prima arriva prima passa, come pre pandemia. Risultato: 35 minuti di fila fuori per il pre- triage (distanziamento molto teorico data l'affluenza), 15 minuti di attesa per accettazione nella saletta interna, esco alle 8.47. Si può scrivere sul sito che l'accesso non è per orario, così persone fragili o che vogliono evitare assembramenti o che vogliono rispettare l'orario di ingresso a lavoro non siano illusi? Tutti molto competenti e organizzati (fin dalle fasi di prenotazione e accettazione tramite SSN). Un esempio di buona sanità. Due gg fa ho inviato mail per la prenotazione e nessuno mi richiama, il servizio "prenoting koelliker" non mi permette di prenotare, ho cambiato la password e mi dice che non è ancora attiva, il msg telefonico mi dice che "causa l'alto numero di accessi..." devo richiamare. Insomma ma siete o non siete un ospedale? Cosa vi sta capitando? D'accordo che prenoto con il SSN però... La voce registrata, infatti, invita subito il chiamante a richiamare più tardi, essendo tutti gli operatori "al momento" impegnati, ed interrompe la chiamata subito dopo. Peccato che l'impegno momentaneo risulta essere eterno (dal momento che ho chiamato tantissime volte e la solfa è sempre la stessa). Non c'è neanche minimamente la possibilità di attendere le persone in coda per poi parlare con un operatore perché, che tu voglia o meno, la chiamata viene interrotta. L'unica strada concessa, quindi, per prenotazioni, a distanza, con l'impegnativa risulta essere quella online, la quale pecca di esser priva di numerose importanti informazioni. Trovo, quindi, profondamente ingiusto questo atteggiamento della struttura ospedaliera volto ad insultare l'intelligenza delle persone e a penalizzare le prestazioni convenzionate. I therefore find this attitude of the hospital deeply unfair aimed at insulting people's intelligence and penalizing the agreed services. V	Vera Castaldo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi piace l’organizzazione. Ho prenotato una gastroscopia e sono stati strabravi. Non me ne sono nemmeno accorta. Inoltre ho potuto fare l’isac test. Da loro è costato meno rispetto ad altri in giro. Unica nota storta è stato il prelievo del sangue, infermiera gentile ma mi ha fatto molto male purtroppo a distanza di giorni mi sono ritrovata dei lividi grossi. I like the organization. I booked a gastroscopy and they were out of sorts. I didn't even notice. I was also able to do the isac test. From them it cost less than others around. The only wrong note was the blood sampling, kind nurse but it hurt me very much unfortunately after days I found myself with big bruises.

Risonanza)! Una volta non era così difficile contattarli…sarà colpa della pandemia?
