★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non c'è un'anima viva a cui chiedere informazioni. Per fortuna i pazienti che frequentano il posto, sono gentili e danno le indicazioni. Il personale all'accoglienza è gentile, tuttavia la dottoressa con cui avevamo l'incontro, è stata scontrosa e dura. Per la professione che esercita, dovrebbe essere più umana. Per fortuna non dovremo tornarci mai più.
There is not a living soul to ask for information. Fortunately, the patients who frequent the place are kind and give directions. The reception staff is nice, however the doctor we met with was surly and tough. For the profession he practices, he should be more humane. Luckily we will never have to go back.

Il covid ha sicuramente reso tutto più difficile, ma qui ci fanno scadere le ricette ancora prima di riuscire effettivamente ad effettuare una prenotazione, nonostante una SETTIMANA di tentativi. Pessimo
It is scandalous, I will have made at least thirty calls and it goes without saying that I was unable to speak to an operator once. The covid has certainly made everything more difficult, but here they make us expire the recipes even before we can actually make a reservation, despite a WEEK of attempts. Bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono né al telefono per prenotare una prima visita psichiatrica, né alle mail. Bisogna andare di persona e sperare di riuscire a prendere un appuntamento.
They don't answer the phone to book a first psychiatric visit, or emails. You have to go in person and hope to be able to make an appointment.
