Servizio eccellente anche per la consegna degli esiti via mail. Non posso che consigliare questa clinica. Great service.I made several visits and checks. Miranti Quello che ho trovato sgradevole è stata l’accoglienza della segretaria Chiara dell’ufficio ricoveri durante le dimissioni di mia mamma. Viste le condizioni di mia mamma volevo sbrigare la pratica di dimissioni ma ciò non è stato possibile, perché nel momento in cui ho bussato alla porta della segretaria si è messa a urlare dicendo in modo scorbutico che stava terminando di fare una cosa. Terminata la telefonata si è alzata e con un tono di voce da scontrosa si è rivolta verso di noi dicendoci che in quel momento era possibile dire di cosa avevamo bisogno, alzando il tono della voce e dicendo che a causa nostra non avrebbe potuto fare la pausa. Mi sono rivolta a questa clinica perché mi è stata consigliata, mia mamma dovrà fare l’operazione anche all’occhio sinistro, ma visto il trattamento mi rivolgerò altrove. Finalmente, mi risponde un operatore assolutamente ignaro su quel che chiedevo di poter fare; in sintesi, prenotare un check-up di prevenzione, sui tumori prettamente maschili, tramite Unisalute. Dopo dieci minuti di telefonata, dopo avermi chiesto l'elenco completo degli esami, mi dice che non è lei l'che si occupa dei pacchetti "prevenzione". Si scusa e si ripromette di farmi richiamare, quanto prima, da una collega. Sono trascorsi quasi dieci giorni ed io sono ancora qui che attendo una loro telefonata. Ovviamente, mi sono rivolto ad altro centro che in dieci minuti mi ha prenotato esami ed ecografia. E poi si parla di quanto sia utile la prevenzione. Grazie ancora. La ragazza del turno di notte è stata molto carina assistendomi In stanza appena chiamavo . Struttura pulita e puntuali nel rispetto degli orari . Grazie a tutti I was in this clinic for a nose operation, I was very happy with it. The staff was very helpful and kind. La nota dolente al momento di pagare,l'unica impiegata presente( su 3 sportelli disponibili) non riesce a districarsi tra pazienti che hanno un'assicurazione e tra quelli privati,morale della favola durata delle visita 30 minuti,attesa per pagare circa 1 ora e 15 minuti.Probabilmente in questa clinica pensano che il tempo delle persone non abbia nessun valore.visto il costo delle visite( noi abbiamo pagato 150€)forse sarebbe più opportuno investire sul personale e dare un miglior servizio. m	miriam cericola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La recensione non si riferisce ai servizi erogati ma all'accesso vietato alla bici pieghevole sia all'interno della struttura sia nelle aree esterne pertinenti, come comunicatomi dagli addetti al triage menzionando direttive della direzione (piegata ha dimensioni tali da essere però regolarmente portata sui bus e tram della GTT). In via Colombini di fronte all'ingresso e in via Vanvitelli non ci sono stalli dove lasciare le bici in sicurezza e ho dovuto quindi disdire l'appuntamento. Spero nel prossimo futuro la clinica si attrezzi per permettere agli utenti di raggiungerla anche in bici/monopattino, lo spazio richiesto per la custodia (momentanea) non è grande. R	Robson Cadore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this clinic! My wife and I had the worst healthcare experience in this clinic. First of all, if you are not Italian be ready for xenophobia. Second, they will overcharge you. We paid Euro 180 for an appointment and were told that the second appointment (when the doctor would check the exams) would cost Euro 90. In the end they charged Euro 180 again, my wife was there alone and she doesn't speaks Italian very well so she couldn't argue. And the cherry on the top was the doctor, according to his diagnose my wife had IBS, Irritable Bowl Syndrome. His treatment: Trimebutina, probiotics, and he said that she needs to put on weight... well, my wife is 1.70m height and weights 56kg... he didn't care about her diet or even recommended a nutritionist. BTW, his diagnose was wrong and in addition of being mistreated by the staff we wasted over Euro 600.
