F	Federica Arbulla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anni fa andai per una serie di terapie alla schiena,alla 2 seduta ho rinunciato poiché la ragazza oltre ad usare toni secchi ed autoritari non faceva per niente bene il suo lavoro:posava semplicemente le mani sulle spalle.questo non è un massaggio,non mi era di aiuto.ritorno questa mattina a distanza di anni pensando che magari,chissà con un pò di fortuna avremmo trovato un medico competente.prenoto la prima visita fisiatrica alle ore 8:30,arrivo in anticipo alle 8:20 e alle 8:30 mi ritrovo fuori dalla sede avendo fatto accettazione e visita!!!in 10 minuti ho fatto accettazione,il medico mi ha fatto 2/3 domande di rito,senza neanche farmi sedere sul lettino o togliere la maglia mi ha alzato il braccio dalla sedia e chiesto "ha male?da 1 a 10?" L'ha scritto sul referto,stampato e mi ha fatto tanti auguri.Un centro così non lo consiglio a nessuno davvero. Pessimo tutto servizio di accettazione (che neanche ha salutato o alzato la testa),competenza praticanti, medici. Potete chiudere serranda. Davvero. Fate prima (PS prima che scriviate che non ho fatto visite, scrivo a nome di mia madre chiamatemi pure per nome cognome o perdete tempo a mettere gente competente magari e non di 89 anni che non ti visita e non ha più voglia di fare il suo. le persone che vengono li hanno un male, un bisogno, non vengono a farsi una passeggiata) Years ago I went for a series of back therapies, I gave up on the 2nd session because the girl, in addition to using dry and authoritative tones, did not do her job at all well: she simply put her hands on her shoulders. it was of help. I return this morning years later thinking that maybe, who knows with a little luck we would have found a competent doctor. I book my first physiatric visit at 8:30 am, I arrive early at 8:20 am and 8:30 am I find myself outside the office having accepted and examined !!! in 10 minutes I accepted, the doctor asked me 2/3 usual questions, without even letting me sit on the bed or remove the shirt, he raised my arm from the chair and asked "is it bad? 1 to 10?" He wrote it on the report, printed it and wished me a happy birthday. I really don't recommend a center like this to anyone. Bad all reception service (who didn't even say hello or raised his head), practitioners' competence, doctors. You can close the shutter. For real. Trovato posto in tempi brevi anche col SSN. Ho fatto fisioterapia con Arianna e Tecar con Benedetta devo dire che sono molto competenti e nel giro di poco tempo mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il mio problema. I recently did physiotherapy and Tecar for a sprained ankle, and I am very satisfied with the performance received. Found a place quickly even with the SSN. I did physiotherapy with Arianna and Tecar with Benedetta I must say that they are very competent and in a short time they helped me to solve my problem.

Mi viene risposto che è un esame non svolto nella loro struttura. Sito non aggiornato o poca voglia di lavorare? G	GabyBeffy Gio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattato il centro telefonicamente, tempi attesa lunghi, l'operatrice addetta alle informazioni generiche ( credo centralino principale) del numero zero è terribile sono stata trattata con sufficenza e sarcasmo solo perché avendo già effettuato una prima chiamata e nella prima chiamata avevo già specificato che avevo già effettuato la prenotazione mi aveva cmq spostato al numero della specialistica, ma avendo io un'altra richiesta, ho ritelefonato mettendo le mani avanti dicendo di non passarmi al reparto.., da lì si è scatenato l'inferno con una cantilena di prese in giro e frasi vittimiste. Per il resto il centro è ottimo e ottimi i prezzi Nota aggiuntiva: mi hanno contattato dopo la recensione, cordiali e professionali,hanno voluto che spiegassi più che altro per capire dove e cosa migliorare anche con il rapporto con i clienti. Questo secondo me è ammirevole perché atti a migliorarsi, si sa noi esseri umani non siamo perfetti e sbagliamo più di quanto crediamo ma andare incontro agli altri, ascoltare e capire non è da tutti quindi qui complimenti, aggiungo due stelle! Nel mio caso ho dovuto attendere oltre 3/4 d'ora. Altra gente in attesa si è lamentata direttamente alle operatrici. Friendly and welcoming staff. Unfortunately, however, I agree to other reviews of patients who have preceded me. Appointment times are not respected. In my case I had to wait over 3/4 of an hour. Other people waiting have complained directly to the operators.

Castellani ha cambiato il nostro approccio con lo sport e la nostra colonna. Stasera ho nuovamente avuto necessità di una nuova prenotazione e, dopo un numero inimmaginabile di telefonate in tantissimi centri blasonati e non a Torino e cintura domattina farò la mia analisi tra l altro con il ssn. Adriana, l operatrice telefonica ha fatto comunque la differenza...gentile, efficente è andata oltre richiamandomi perché caduta la linea.
