★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentata regolarmente con mia mamma 87enne con difficoltà a camminare il 3 novembre per una TAC,dopo che mi è stato spostato telefonicamente l'appuntamento dalla sede di Settimo Torinese, mi dicono che l appuntamento è per la settimana successiva....è che non possono farlo perché macchina spenta. UNA VERGOGNA. Purtroppo non ho nulla in nano che dimostri che ho ragione. Magari almeno mandassero un SMS di conferma per appuntamento come fanno tutti.
I regularly showed up with my 87-year-old mother with walking difficulties on November 3 for a CT scan, after my appointment was moved by telephone from the Settimo Torinese office, they tell me that the appointment is for the following week .... it's who can't do it because the machine is turned off. A SHAME. Unfortunately I have nothing in nano that proves that I am right. Maybe at least they sent a confirmation SMS for an appointment like everyone does.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno annullato oggi venerdì pomeriggio tardi una visita prenotata da tempo per lunedì. Perché? Dicono che si sono accorti adesso , dopo mesi dalla prenotazione, di aver esaurito i posti con il SSN. La potrei fare , ma solo come privato. Pagando ovviamente. Un errore fatto da loro che fa perdere mesi per una visita non rimandabile!
Una vergogna. Aspetto le scuse della direzione .
I was canceled late Friday afternoon today on a long-booked visit for Monday. Because? They say that they have now realized, months after booking, that they have run out of places with the SSN. I could do it, but only as a private person. Paying of course. A mistake made by them that wastes months for a visit that cannot be postponed!
A shame. I await an apology from the management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RM alla mammella con contrasto alle 15 del pomeriggio, nessuna coda all'accetazione personale gentile e disponibile andato tutto a meraviglia, unico neo prenotazioni telefoniche, il CUP non è informato del tipo di esami che vengono svolti in questa sede, infatti mi hanno detto più volte che quell'esame lì non lo eseguivano ed invece lo fanno! e sono pure veloci!
MRI of the breast with contrast at 15 in the afternoon, no queue at the acceptance polite and helpful staff everything went wonderfully, the only drawback telephone reservations, the CUP is not informed of the type of exams that are carried out here, in fact they told me more times that they did not perform that exam there and instead they do! and they are fast too!

Ho prenotato un' ecografia per la gravidanza, appuntamento confermato sia tramite email sia tramite app. Arriviamo all'accettazione per sentirci dire che il medico ha avuto un problema e non poteva venire all'appuntamento, senza aver ricevuto nemmeno un messaggio o una chiamata per essere avvisati. Tutto questo dopo aver preso permessi da lavoro, aver fatto un'ora di macchina e pagato due ore di parcheggio, al quinto mese di gravidanza con dolori acuti alla schiena. Non abbiamo ricevuto nemmeno delle scuse o delle spiegazioni, non hanno rispetto del tempo e della salute delle persone. Specifico inoltre che la visita era prenotata privatamente e non tramite ssn. Una situazione davvero vergognosa che mi fa dubitare della serietà del centro e dei medici! E non vi disturbate a lasciare il messaggio che avete lasciato nelle altre recensioni perché la situazione del centro è disastrosa.
One star is too much for this "medical center". I booked an ultrasound for pregnancy, an appointment confirmed both by email and via the app. We arrive at the reception to be told that the doctor had a problem and could not come to the appointment, without having even received a message or a call to be notified. All this after taking work permits, driving an hour and paying for two hours of parking, in the fifth month of pregnancy with acute back pain. We have not even received an apology or an explanation, they have no respect for the weather and people's health. I also specify that the visit was booked privately and not through SSN. A truly shameful situation that makes me doubt the seriousness of the center and the doctors! And don't bother to leave the message you left in the other reviews because the situation in the center is dire.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido pienamente quanto detto in altre recensioni. Se si potesse valutare zero stelle sarebbe meritato. Ecografia addome alle ore 11:50. Faccio presente che, essendo stato operato di prostatectomia radicale un anno fa, ho qualche problema di continenza. Passo un ora dopo! E dire che all'accettazione mi avevano messo la priorità. Questi centri diagnostici sono solo macchine da soldi. A questo punto è inutile mettere l'ora di prenotazione. Mettano solo il giorno, sarebbero più seri. Esperienza da dimenticare. Vergognatevi.
I fully agree with what has been said in other reviews. If it could be rated zero stars it would be deserved. Abdomen ultrasound at 11:50 am. I would like to point out that, having undergone radical prostatectomy a year ago, I have some continence problems. I pass an hour later! And to say that I had been given priority at acceptance. These diagnostic centers are just money machines. At this point it is useless to put the booking time. Put only the day, they would be more serious. Experience to forget. Shame on you.

Una velocità disarmante, nel senso di meraviglia, nel trovare posto per prestazione medica specifica in tempo veramente breve rispetto ad altri centri specializzati. Grazie al personale prenotazione che ha assistito al telefono. Eccellente disponibilità del personale tutto, con professionalità e decisione espressa in ogni loro attività.
