1 stella poichè è il minimo consentito. Stamattina è successa una cosa veramente incresciosa. Avevo preso un appuntamento per un esame cardiologico per mia mamma ultaottantenne tramite il call center, circa un mese fa. Prendo mezza giornata di permesso e accompagno mia mamma in Via Cernaia 20, dopo ovviamente aver girato parecchio per trovare un posteggio (a pagamento) e aver camminato poichè alle h. 10,15 la ZTL è ancora attiva, ci ritroviamo a salire al secondo piano (ascensore FUORI SERVIZIO), e la Signorina all'accettazione ci comunica che non c'è nessuna prenotazione a nome di mia mamma. Peccato che io avessi preso nota di tutto le informazioni che mi aveva dato il call center, compreso il nominativo del medico che avrebbe dovuto fare l'esame, quindi ero sicura di ciò che dicevo. Ovviamente mi secco molto per l'accaduto e chiedo una soluzione, dato che l'errore era vostro. Le alternative che ci avete proposto sono state: fare l'esame subito a pagamento (€ 87) oppure con il SSN i primi di maggio a Settimo(!) o a fine maggio a Mirafiori. A quel punto abbiamo accettato di pagare per effettuare l'esame subito. Cosa non fanno i soldi!!! Dulcis in fundo, il medico che ha fatto l'esame a mia mamma, (ci ha impiegato 7 minuti in tutto, compreso la svestizione ecc.), dopo che io gli ho spiegato l'accaduto, piccato, mi ha risposto che se avevo da fare delle lamentele potevo anche uscire dallo studio, che Lui in quel momento ci faceva un favore!!! Non ho risposto per educazione ma mi sono alzata e sono uscita molto indispettita... oltre al danno anche la beffa! Anzichè venirci incontro dato che l'errore era stato vostro, abbiamo pagato una prestazione che per mia mamma sarebbe stata gratuita, e perdipiù siamo pure state trattate in malomodo. CHE BRUTTA COSA!!! Spero che qualcuno prenda dei provvedimenti al riguardo.
1 star as it is the minimum allowed. Something really unfortunate happened this morning. I made an appointment for a cardiology exam for my 80-year-old mom through the call center about a month ago. I take half a day off and accompany my mother to Via Cernaia 20, after obviously having traveled a lot to find a parking space (for a fee) and having walked since at h. 10.15 the ZTL is still active, we find ourselves going up to the second floor (lift OUT OF SERVICE), and the Miss at the reception informs us that there is no reservation in my mother's name. Too bad I had taken note of all the information that the call center had given me, including the name of the doctor who was supposed to do the exam, so I was sure of what I was saying. Obviously I get very annoyed about what happened and ask for a solution, since the mistake was yours. The alternatives you proposed were: to take the exam immediately for a fee (€ 87) or with the NHS in early May in Settimo (!) Or at the end of May in Mirafiori. At that point we agreed to pay to take the exam right away. What money does not do !!! Last but not least, the doctor who gave my mom the exam (it took 7 minutes in total, including undressing, etc.), after I explained what had happened to him, piqued, he replied that if I had to complain I could also leave the studio, that at that moment he was doing us a favor !!! I did not answer out of politeness but I got up and went out very annoyed ... in addition to the injury also the insult! Instead of coming to meet us since the mistake was yours, we paid a service that would have been free for my mother, and moreover we have also been treated badly. WHAT A BAD THING !!! I hope someone takes some action on this.

Ho chiamato più volte (esattamente 6!) per prenotare una risonanza magnetica, prenotazioni per email per questo tipo di esame non si possono eseguire, è assurdo! Alla fine mi hanno risposto che le prenotazioni non sono ancora aperte MA sono aperte quelle private! è chiaro segno che questi signori fanno ostruzionismo sulle risonanze con ASL per pilotare i pazienti sul privato. Vergognatevi CDC, con tutti i soldi che gli utenti versano per il sistema sanitario nazionale

Dopo aver fatto un'ecografia a pagamento presso di loro, perché non convenzionati con il S. S., ho necessità di fare delle terapie, come prescritto nel referto e una visita fisiatrica, che NON è prenotabile ON-LINE ma SOLO telefonicamente, sono due giorni che ci provo. Tengono 10' in attesa e poi ti dicono di prenotare on-line. Ma bisogna recarsi presso il centro di persona? Mi sembra assurdo

Diciamo che più o meno tutte le sedi CDC sono ben organizzate, personale gentile e bravi dottori. Magari alle volte può capitare la dottoressa o il dottore che ti fanno sentire che loro sono su di un gradino sopra di te, ma il loro lavoro lo fanno bene. D'altronde è normale, ognuno poi ha il suo carattere. Basta lasciar perdere e bó. Ma via Cernaia é la sede in cui mi trovo meglio per tutto, per i mezzi di trasporto pubblico anche. É molto grande quindi si possono fare più tipologie di visite molto importanti. E si aspetta un po' il proprio turno, ma é normale, dipende dal tipo di visita. Comunque CDC Via Cernaia 20 per me é il Top!
Let's say that more or less all CDC offices are well organized, nice staff and good doctors. Maybe sometimes it can happen that the doctor or the doctor make you feel that they are on a step above you, but their work they do well. On the other hand it is normal, then everyone has his own character. Just let it go and bó. But via Cernaia is the place where I am best for everything, even for public transport. It is very large so you can make several types of very important visits. And he expects his turn a bit, but it is normal, it depends on the type of visit. However CDC Via Cernaia 20 is the Top for me!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A COVID PCR TEST -- We came here for one before a flight and the test result is not even written in proper English. Instead of saying "negative", it says "no reactive." On top of that, we had asked the clinic if they could help us fill out an additional form that was required by the destination country. We even showed them an email from the local Italian Consulate to support the need for this form. They said ok, so we paid for the test. When we came to collect the test results the next day, the form wasn't filled because they assumed it wasn't necessary, and I had to argue with them for TWO HOURS to get it done. Luckily we were paranoid enough to book a second PCR test at L.A.R.C., which did the test faster (within the same day), gave us the results without basic grammar mistakes and helped us fill in the form without any problems. Their staff was polite and competent too, unlike CDC. CDC was a complete waste of money and time. Edit: I did write to Customer Service, but they dismissed my complaint because apparently they had never received complaints from other clients or airlines. They then stopped replying to my emails. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Do not go to this place for COVID PCR test for travel purpose. This place totally ignored the clear & simple reminders provided by the Italian Consulate of our destination about the pre-flight PCR test report requirements & cover letter requirements, despite having shown them to its manager in the first place when we registered at the reception. Its agreeing to comply was the reason we decided to pay for doing the test there at this address. However, when we had the documents picked up, part of this & that were missing! The reason they gave was unprofessional. After much time to ask this CDC site for corrections to one document & to provide another missing document, they came back as incorrect & still did not meet the requirements! And we needed to ask CDC to fix them again (& more wait time there!) Still, in the end, the PCR report & document generated from this CDC location did not meet the requirements (despite our attempts to get this place amend them), and could not be used. A total waste of our money & precious time before the flight!!!
