Però un suggerimento, per una clinica che vuole mostrarsi fiore all'occhiello del servizio medico...curate il servizio prenotazione. PESSIMO servizio: 1) la prenotazione online di fatto non esiste, ma si limita a richiedere la compilazione di un form 2) telefonare è inutile: dopo mezz'ora o più passata al telefono in attesa di una risposta, che dovrebbe già essere stata preindirizzata, viste le molteplici selezioni fatte a priori, chi risponde non è mai la persona giusta, o non ha l'agenda del medico richiesto...risultato? Si lascia il numero di telefono, ma non si viene mai richiamati e quindi si finisce per diver ritornare sul sito e compilare il famoso form... e sperare che almeno così si verra richiamati e si potrà prenotare. Fate qualcosa! The clinic itself is nice and the staff were nice. But a suggestion, for a clinic that wants to show itself as the flagship of the medical service ... take care of the booking service. BAD service: 1) the online booking does not actually exist, but is limited to requesting the compilation of a form 2) phoning is useless: after half an hour or more spent on the phone waiting for an answer, which should already have been pre-addressed, given the many selections made a priori, whoever answers is never the right person, or does not have the doctor's agenda required ... result? You leave your phone number, but you are never called back and then you end up diver returning to the site and filling out the famous form ... and hoping that at least in this way you will be called back and you can book. Do something!
V	Vicente Silva on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura ospedaliera eccellente. Peccato che alla consegna del referto di una RM le immagini mi siano state consegnate in un CD-ROM (fa ridere). Alla richiesta di avere le immagini inoltrate alla mia email, rispondono spazientiti che non si può, “perché la legge vieta l’invio di immagini mediche”. Dopo insistenza, mi dicono però che se porto una penna USB, mi possono copiare le immagini. Cioe, nel 2022, e nonostante a modesta cifra di una RM alla Fornaca (fate una ricerca, ma siamo quasi a 4 cifre), una penna USB di 100 MB per delle immagini JPEG non te la danno loro, te la devi portare da casa. Ho fretta di consegnare le immagini al dottore specialista, ma devo tornare tra tre giorni con una penna a recuperare queste immagini. Nel frattempo, nel 3o mondo in Brasile, i referti tutti digitalizzati PDF, in area paziente privata sui siti stessi dei laboratori e consultori medici.
S	Silvia Maspy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza é stata molto positiva, ho trovato in tutto il personale una grande efficienza, gentilezza e competenza, sia nel centro diagnostico che nella clinica. Sono stata ricoverata a febbraio nel padiglione B per intervento alla caviglia e ringrazio di cuore il Dott. Martino Deregibus (un vero angelo!!!) per aver risolto il mio problema nel modo meno invasivo possibile e con ottimi risultati. Tutto pulitissimo e ben organizzato, mi sono sentita veramente coccolata. My experience was very positive, I found great efficiency, kindness and competence in all the staff, both in the diagnostic center and in the clinic. I was hospitalized in February in Hall B for ankle surgery and I sincerely thank Dr. Martino Deregibus (a real angel !!!) for having solved my problem in the least invasive way possible and with excellent results. All very clean and well organized, I felt really pampered.

Il 17 Febbraio ho effettuato gli esami pre-intervento, ho da subito trovato gentilezza, organizzazione e disponibilita' di tutto il personale. Posso solo fare i complimenti all' organizzazione di questa Clinica, mi sentivo piu' in un albergo di alto livello. Il Dottor Bima e' stato professionale, gentile, umano insieme a tutto il suo staff in sala operatoria. Anche nel post intervento sono stato trattato e seguito costantemente fino alle dimissioni. ?♥️ On February 19th I was admitted to the Clinic for an operation with Doctor Bima. On February 17th I carried out the pre-intervention exams, I immediately found the kindness, organization and availability of all the staff. I can only congratulate the organization of this Clinic, I felt more like a high-level hotel. Doctor Bima was professional, kind, humane along with all his staff in the operating room. Even in the post surgery I was treated and followed constantly until my discharge. ? ♥ ️

Un disastro ammalarsi sotto le feste natalizie e in piena pandemia!!!!!! Abbiamo contattato il dr. Marengo che ha messo a nostro servizio tutta la sua disponibilità e professionalità. Giovane ed esperto neurochirurgo che la nostra Sanità disastrata dovrebbe tenere in palmo di mano!!!!!! Dopo due giorni dall'intervento di stabilizzazione della colonna, mio marito sta facendo notevoli progressi grazie alla fisioterapia subito iniziata. Grazie, grazie, grazie dr. Marengo Un ringraziamento particolare anche al dr.Ajello, dr. Massara, Dr. Rivera un'equipe di giovani chirurghi e anestesista che sono stati di una disponibilità infinita e professionalità incredibile!!! Stanza molto confortevole con personale sorridente e disponibile. Cure fatte con attenzione. Locali puliti caldi e confortevoli. Il tutto unito ad un ambiente elegante. I recently underwent an operation in the Fornaca clinic. The reputation of the clinic is correct. Very comfortable room with smiling and helpful staff. Care done carefully. J	Jole Davi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ho avuto un’esperienza molto gradevole in questa struttura, vi ho trascorso una notte di degenza in seguito ad un intervento con il dr Malan e devo dire che dall’accettazione, alla permanenza in stanza di degenza e fino alla dimissione mi sono trovata a mio agio e ben seguita. In più durante la notte in qualsiasi momento avessi bisogno qualcuno accorreva in meno di 30 secondi. Insomma mi sento di consigliarla perché penso che sia una struttura privata di alto livello Personally I had a very pleasant experience in this structure, I spent a night in hospital following an operation with Dr. Malan and I must say that from acceptance, to stay in the hospital room and up to discharge, I found myself in comfortable and well looked after. Plus during the night anytime I needed someone would come in less than 30 seconds. In short, I would like to recommend it because I think it is a high-level private structure
