A	Alexis Kami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pronto soccorso non esiste perché apre alle 8 del mattino, se si ha un'urgenza si aspetta. Il personale amministrativo e medico è sgarbato ed autoritario. Le segnalazioni degli ambulatori e le istruzioni per accedere ai servizi sono confusionarie. Anche per le prenotazioni stesso discorso, confusionario, non si riesce a fare nulla. Il sistema di accettazione è antiquato. The emergency room does not exist because it opens at 8 in the morning, if you have an emergency you can wait. M	Massimo Toto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 4 ore di attesa, visita di 3 minuti perchè "sono quasi le 22 e tra poco chiudiamo". Mi dicono di tornare dopo una settimana e mi prescrivono una terapia (un semplice collirio) che poi si rivela sbagliata e inutile. Per fortuna non aspetto e mi reco al Maurizano dove mi confermano che attendere una settimana avrebbe messo a rischio la vista per cui era necessaria una terapia urgente. Pessimi. Per quanto riguarda la parte ospedaliera, è stata ricoverata una mia zia di 89 anni per covid al primo piano. Dopo due giorni viene trasferita ad un'altro ospedale con trauma facciale ed emorragia interna. Forse non hanno i letti con le sponde o mia zia è un Kamicaze.
G	Giovanni Quarta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato visitato dal reparto di diabetologia da un medico che scortese é dir poco e dopo aver atteso oltre un ora al mio appuntamento perché avevano perso la mia accettazione. Solo un addetta si è occupata della situazione ma fra tutti non ho riscontrato nessuno con gentilezza e professionalità. Esperienza da non rifare assolutamente.

È stata seguita con grande cura e ho notato entrando in ospedale, molta solerzia nel dare Informazioni. Mi hanno trattenuto per darmi pensieri dello stato di salute, non esiste solo il covid e sento mia mamma in buone mani. Ci hanno chiamato senza che avessimo avuto il ns cellulare, nei giri tra ospedali si è smarrito. Avrà una visita specialistica e con ottimismo, ...... spero un rientro a casa. La sensazione è quella che lei sia l'unica lì, ed è come lo fosse per la cura che un familiare percepisce al di là. Impagabile. GRAZIE A CHI CI STA AIUTANDO. A ogni mio contatto per informazioni, trovo personale maschile e femminile di alto valore; persone non comuni. Nella sfortuna di un ricovero, la fortuna di aver trovato sul ns cammino queste persone, che ci ripaga di tanta aridità e indifferenza al di fuori, nella quotidianità. Siamo persone che hanno sempre aiutato il prossimo e ho capito che la cura verso mia mamma è una ricompensa. S	Scan Suomi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disrespectful and horrific hospital to say the least. Why this place is not even under government investigation? This is happening in the EU? A sub standard medical care at its horrific level. Extremely rude racist medical personals working at this hospital. Waiting for 6 hours from 11-5pm holding a number but they refused to serve a woman with an eye emergency according to the waiting numbered provided to her. They kept skipping and ignoring her completely while serving Italian patients who came after her. We approached a police officer and he went in to speak to them but he told us he can't do much because the people working there are not willing to cooperate.
