A	Alessandro Bruneri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzati. Ho accompagnato la mia ragazza per un esame e abbiamo aspettato non so quanto perchè si erano dimenticati di noi. Finalmente ci mandano al secondo piano e la dottoressa anche maleducata ci ha fatto aspettare ancora un sacco di tempo perchè si faceva gli affari suoi, l'ho sentita io parlare al telefono dei suoi affari personali mentre noi come altri eravamo in attesa di passare. Non è la prima volta che aspetto un'eternità e noto confusione. Dicono un orario poi invece passi un'ora dopo. Mio cognato mi ha detto la stessa cosa per fare l'esame al cuore che ha dovuto aspettare quasi un'ora solo per disorganizzazione. Spiace perchè i ragazzi sono sempre gentili e cercano sempre di trovare una soluzione ma il personale che effettua gli esami è pessimo. Consiglio di rivedere l'organizzazione,noi siamo vicini ma alla prossima andremo altrove. Disorganized. Finally they send us to the second floor and the doctor, also rude, made us wait a lot of time because she minded her own business, I heard her talking on the phone about her personal business while we, like others, were waiting to pass. This is not the first time that I have waited forever and noticed confusion. They say a time then instead you pass an hour later. My brother-in-law told me the same thing to do the heart exam which he had to wait almost an hour just for disorganization. Sorry because the guys are always nice and always try to find a solution but the staff who carry out the exams are bad. Council to review the organization, we are close but next time we will go elsewhere.

Telefonato per reclamo, si difendono dicendo che il referto viene emesso non prima di 24 h, è cioè il CONTRARIO di ciò che promettono allo sportello e - soprattutto - ciò che scrivono sul loro sito! (leggere per credere) . Conclusione: questo è il risultato del micidiale combinato disposto tra l'indegna incapacità del SSN di assicurare prestazioni in tempi decenti e l'ingordigia di privati che approfittano della situazione all'insegna del motto: "o mangi questa minestra o salti dalla finestra"... 70 - I say seventy - euro for a swab whose outcome 24 hours later has not yet been reported! La prenotazione online ha funzionato alla grande. More than positive experience for blood tests. Waiting times in the standard, kind staff and nurse who made me the sample with a very light hand. Non riesco a contattare nessuno per chiedere informazioni e spiegazioni e dovrò aumentare per due giorni la mutua per colpa del pessimo servizio. Davvero una situazione assurda e vergognosa!! I paid for a salivary swab (70 €) yesterday morning, I haven't received the report yet and it's been more than 24 hours. I just received the invoice form and that's it! I can not contact anyone to ask for information and explanations and I will have to increase the mortgage for two days because of the bad service. Truly an absurd and shameful situation !!
B	Bed Up Down on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono venuta a conoscenza di questo centro tramite il mio medico di base, avevo l’urgenza e l’esigenza di effettuare un esame di laboratorio (creatinina) il giorno stesso e di ricevere gli esiti il giorno stesso, peccato che fossero già le 11 di mattina e che tutti i laboratori fossero chiusi. Fortunatamente la LAMAT offre un servizio privato che effettua questi tipi di esami fino alle 14, ed ho scaricato online gli esiti il pomeriggio stesso! Con una spesa minima ho potuto risolvere il mio problema e beneficiare del loro ottimo servizio, il personale è stato molto gentile disponibile e professionale. Consiglio a tutti di rivolgersi alla loro professionalità e cortesia! I became aware of this center through the my GP, I had the urgency and need to carry out a laboratory test (creatinine) the same day and to receive the results the same day, too bad it was already 11 in the morning and all the laboratories were closed. Fortunately, LAMAT offers a private service that carries out these types of exams until 2pm, and I downloaded the results online that same afternoon! With minimal expense I was able to solve my problem and benefit from their great service, the staff were very kind, helpful and professional. I recommend everyone to turn to their professionalism and courtesy!

Из-за раннего вылета была необходимость получить результаты теста ПЦР, сделанного в субботу,в понедельник в 9 утра. Всё прошло удачно и во время, на самолёт успели. Спасибо!
