★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritardo allucinante dall'orario prefissato. Il luogo è sporco lurido e non rispetta gli standard d'igiene dei poliambulatori. Personale strafottente, maleducato e incompetente. Una VERGOGNA! Trattato malissimo. NON ANDATE, CAMBIATE POLIAMBULATORIO.
Hallucinatory delay from the set time. The place is dirty dirty and does not meet the hygiene standards of the health centers. Arrogant, rude and incompetent staff. A shame! Very badly treated. DO NOT GO, CHANGE POLYBULATORY.

Dal barattolo sterile comprato in farmacia ho dovuto riempire una provetta, datami dal personale, nel bagno di servizio per niente pulito. E dopo averlo fatto mi è stato detto di buttare il barattolo con l'urina restante (rifiuto sanitario speciale) personalmente.
Ciò è a dir poco assurdo, non igienico e forse nemmeno legale. Valutate un po' voi. Ci sarebbe da fare una telefonata all'ufficio responsabile di igiene e norme sanitarie, perché non credo che una cosa simile sia lecita.
Shocked. I have been asked to make a urine transfer. From the sterile jar bought in the pharmacy I had to fill a test tube, given to me by the staff, in the service bathroom which was not clean at all. And after doing so, I was told to throw the jar with the remaining urine (special medical waste) personally.
This is absurd to say the least, unhygienic and perhaps not even legal. Evaluate yourself a little. There would be a phone call to the office responsible for hygiene and health regulations, because I don't think such a thing is lawful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrivo per fare il tampone prenotato all'asl, trovo coda e inizio a preoccuparmi, ma sono stati tutti così veloci ed efficienti che in 25 minuti ero fuori. Complimenti
I arrive to do the tampon booked at the ASL, I find the queue and I start to worry, but they were all so fast and efficient that in 25 minutes I was out. Congratulations
