Possibilità di parcheggio in un garage. Comparison to years ago has changed a lot. Much faster access and payment. Possibility to book also online. Very nice staff. Sulla stampa della ricevuta è scritto che sarei stata contattata da un operatore prima della prestazione per eventualmente correggere la prenotazione visto che sul sito c'è soltanto la possibilità di prenotare la prima prestazione. Non sono stata contattata e mi sono comunque presentata all'appuntamento (abito a circa 50 km di distanza). Non sono riuscita ad effettuare la visita. Sono anche stata trattata con supponenza dalla responsabile del servizio di accettazione di TAC eRM che operava il giorno 15 febbraio 2022 alle ore 14,30 15 circa. Non ho parole. Poca serietà e poca organizzazione oltre a tempi lunghi di attesa,sconsigliato. Nonostante la prenotazione mi sono ritrovata ad attendere 40 minuti per l'accettazione e di conseguenza ho effettuato la visita in ritardo, ciò ha comportato un ritardo sul posto di lavoro. Inoltre, ora bisogna prenotare addirittura per la consegna dei campioni. Qualora non si avesse una prenotazione si può consegnare in forma privata. Ovviamente. A pagamento. Mia madre ha l'esenzione per gli esami di laboratorio, ma non sapendo che dovesse prenotare per la consegna dei campioni ha pagato l'esame. Sicuramente cambierò poliambulatorio. Prenoto all’unica ora disponibile: 09:50.. arrivo e davanti a me c’era una coda di almeno 50 persone!! Per fortuna c’era il sole.. alle ore 11:25 faccio l’accettazione (che avevo già fatto per registrarmi e prenotare!!) Finalmente, mi fanno il tampone.. nel pomeriggio mi arriva un messaggio che mi avvisa il ritardo nell’inviare la mail con il risultato.. e verso le 19:00 un altro che mi dice che il risultato arriverà entro Lunedì!! Follia pura! Peccato che il tampone mi serviva per lavorare e senza quello non ho potuto svolgere alcuna attività!! Incompetenti e disorganizzati.. sconsiglio a chiunque la struttura e a questo punto tutto il gruppo.. s	simona giachello carera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poliambulatorio con diverse sedi in torino e provincia. servizio anche convenzionato con il ssn e per le prestazioni private prezzi agevolati. ambiente pulito, ampio, ben organizzato. personale medico qualificato. in genere servizi puntuali e personale gentile. mi è successo una volta sola di trovare una dipendente sgarbata e non disponibile in tanti anni che frequento questo gruppo. trovo eccezionale e comodissimo il servizio di prenotazione online. i tempi di attesa dipendono ovviamente dal tipo di prestazione richiesta, ma in genere non sono lunghissimi. outpatient clinic with various offices in Turin and the province. service also affiliated with the NHS and for private services discounted prices. clean, large, well-organized environment. qualified medical personnel. generally punctual services and kind staff. M	Maitê on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here multiple times for the PCR test. Now they are delivering the results on the same day after 17:30, if the test is done before 10:30 am. Otherwise, the result s are delivered the next evening. All results come in English and Italian. The PCR costed 75 euros today. The rapido i brliev is 15 euros. For the covid tests there's a dedicated entrance, towards the buildings parking lot.
