Usual Italian service: telephone number for the triage not reachable, three people counted with infinite waiting outdoors, under the scorching sun of 2 pm, without the possibility of sitting and staying in the shade. And they call it continuity of care ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dottoressa gentile e disponibile. Unica pecca è che bisogna comunque chiamare il numero unico, anche se si è già in ambulatorio, perché devono aprire loro la pratica al telefono. Ma una volta chiamato il numero passati subito e fatto in fretta.
Kind and helpful doctor. The only flaw is that you still have to call the single number, even if you are already in the clinic, because they have to open the file for them. But once you called the number, they passed quickly and done quickly.

Arriviamo di sera al freddo e la porta è chiusa e per entrare bisogna chiamare un numero con mezzora di attesa per poter parlare al telefono con un medico. Alla fine una dottoressa gentile ci ha fatti entrare e la sala era completamente vuota. Quindi potrei capire restrizioni per via del covid ma proprio in questo caso non ne vedo alcuna necessità. Dovrebbe essere un servizio di continuità assistita ma l'assistenza dovrebbero iniziare allora a darla non lasciando la gente fuori al freddo. Avrebbero avuto tutta la mia comprensione se la sala fosse stata piena. Oppure se la risposta alla chiamata fosse stata cre.
Less than 1 is not possible to put. I state that it was a perfect service in the old location. We arrive in the evening in the cold and the door is closed and to enter you have to call a number with half an hour of waiting to be able to talk to a doctor on the phone. Eventually a kind doctor let us in and the room was completely empty. So I could understand covid restrictions but just in this case I don't see any need. It should be an assisted continuity service but assistance should then start giving it by not leaving people out in the cold. They would have had all my sympathy if the hall had been full. Or if the answer to the call had been created.
