Un must per gli amanti della carne e con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo (porzioni abbondanti!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carne dì qualità in una location particolare che rievoca l’ambientazione tipica da mercato. Nel mio caso ho preso una costata da 1,4 kg con contorno dì insalata e patate. Costo 74€, 49€ al kg ma la qualità si è sentita tutta.
Quality meat in a particular location that evokes the typical market setting. In my case I took a 1.4 kg steak with a side of salad and potatoes. Cost € 74, € 49 per kg but the quality has been felt throughout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Bottega è situata all'interno del Mercato Centrale. Appena entrati, bisogna restare al piano terreno e andare a sinistra. La riconoscerete dai simpatici dipendenti che vi faranno assaggiare le loro prelibatezze (approfittatene!)
Ovviamente, sono specializzati in carne e la mia esperienza è stata sublime. Era da tempo che non assaggiavo una carne del genere!
Le porzioni sono abbondanti e i prezzi davvero buoni. Nel mio caso, ho speso 13,90€ per 220g di hamburger di chianina al sungue, patate arrosto, insalata e pane (acqua esclusa). Mi sono alzato pieno e ho ancora in bocca il sapore della carne che si scioglieva a contatto con la lingua... Buonissima e complimenti.
The shop is located within the central market. As soon as you enter, you have to stay on the ground floor and go to the left. You will recognize them from the friendly employees who will make you taste their delicacies (take advantage of it!)
Obviously, they are specialized in flesh and my experience has been sublime. It was for a long time since I tasted a meat like that!
Portions are plentiful and really good prices. In my case, I spent € 13.90 for 220g of Chianina burger at the Sungue, roast potatoes, salad and bread (excluding water). I got up full and I still have the flavor of the meat that melted in contact with the language ... very good and congratulations.
