La carne ha una fibra, un corpo, un gusto eccellenti. Non emette liquido durante la cottura (intendo zero) quindi è indicatore della qualità dell'alimentazione dell'animale cioè ottima, come sicuramente il suo allevamento. Lo consiglio caldamente a chiunque e soprattutto ai cultori della buona macelleria. Ovviamente il negozio è fornito di qualsiasi prodotto. PROVATELO!!!! I am a lover of meat, I must say that the quality of the product is excellent, I have tried both the liver and the Florentine (cut) and they are unparalleled. Meat has excellent fiber, body, taste. It does not emit liquid during cooking (I mean zero) so it is an indicator of the quality of the animal's diet, i.e. excellent, as certainly its breeding. I highly recommend it to anyone and especially to lovers of good butchery. Obviously the shop is stocked with any product. TRY IT!!!!

Lo spazio a disposizione non basta, ANDATECI e non ve ne pentirete.
