Ho provato diversi tagli di carne e sono tutti buonissimi. Insuperabili gli hamburger e la battuta al coltello con grana. Prendo anche il pollo da allevamento biologico. I salumi non sono eccezionali, ad eccezione del lardo e di diversi salami.
Prezzi onesti, bassi rispetto alla qualità, una qualità inarrivabile per i supermercati ma anche per altre macellerie in giro per l'Italia.
The best fassona burgers in history.
I have tried different cuts of meat and they are all very good. Unsurpassed hamburgers and parmesan cheese. I also take organic farmed chicken. The cured meats are not exceptional, with the exception of lard and various salamis.
Honest prices, low compared to quality, a quality unattainable for supermarkets but also for other butchers around Italy.
