Il "macellaio di una volta", quello "di fiducia", dove la nonnina si affida a lui sul taglio che serve per il perfetto arrosto della domenica in famiglia, o dove la casalinga di mezza età chiede consigli su quale sia la carne migliore per il suo ragù che non deve sfigurare di fronte a quello della suocera. L'eccelsa qualità delle carni trattate assieme alla competenza, esperienza e professionalità di Cosimo e del suo staff, permettono certamente di fare sempre centro. Ottime le polpette, i tagli di vitello piemontese e i polli nostrani: carni che si sciolgono in bocca. Non posso dire altrettanto del "sushi di carne", ma solo perché...non l'ho ancora provato! I prezzi sono naturalmente proporzionati all'alta qualità dei prodotti, pertanto inutile aspettarsi prezzi da "banco del supermercato". Luckily, there is NIPO!
