I was looking for a butcher shop that sold horse meat, from the Musso brothers I found excellent horse meat and also, the almost impossible to find donkey meat.

Non mancano hai conduttori cortesia e disponibilità nel consigliare.complimenti.
Quality meats, inevitable at least twice a week on my table by varying the typology: from steak with or without bone to minced to be enjoyed raw with condiments with parmesan flakes or truffle oil.
There is no lack of conductors courtesy and helpfulness in recommending.

For years the raw meat I eat has been theirs only! Ribs and donkey salami ... the list never ends. All excellent and very kind.

Si respira un po' l'aria di una volta; il sig. Musso saprà consigliarvi tutto ciò che c'è di meglio da sapere sulla carne equina, soprattutto se non si è dei grandi conoscitori.
Prezzi non proprio economici ma commisurati alla merce in vendita.

You can breathe the air of the past; mr. Musso will be able to advise you on everything there is better to know about horse meat, especially if you are not a great connoisseur.
Prices not exactly cheap but commensurate with the goods on sale.
