Ci ha servito il titolare...già soltanto vedere il pezzo di carne e osservare con quanta perizia e delicatezza la tagliasse faceva intuire quale sarebbe stato il risultato finale: uno spezzatino semplicemente impareggiabile! Più in generale possiamo affermare che la qualità dei prodotti è ad un livello superiore; tutto comincia dalla passione, chiara ed evidente che il proprietario e la Sua famiglia mettono nel proprio lavoro: nell'accoglienza ai clienti, nel dare loro consigli ed ovviamente nel proporre prodotti di primissima scelta, anche quelli più semplici, come i quadrotti ( hamburger di fassona) che i nostri figli adorano. Quindi, bravi tutti, il Sig. Paolo, la moglie e le figlie anche loro gentili e competenti e tutto lo staff.....continuate così!! L	Lorenzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi pomeriggio passeggiando in zona, mi sono imbattuto in questa macelleria. Incuriosito dall'insegna Coalvi, sinonimo di grande qualità, sono entrato. Il trattamento da parte del personale è stato pessimo: sono stato trattato con poca sufficienza e una volta in cassa, si sono lamentati perché ho pagato con smartwatch. I pagamenti tramite dispositivi mobili, secondo loro, sono considerati carte di credito. Davvero nel 2022 in Italia dobbiamo avere ancora di questi problemi? Per legge pagare con bancomat e carta di credito è un diritto del cliente! Non mi vedranno più. Continuerò a mangiare carne Coalvi, ma prendendola in una delle altre tantissime macellerie con carne del Consorzio di Tutela della Razza Piemontese. Non basta avere carne di qualità, conta tantissimo anche il rapporto umano, in questo punto vendita non sanno cosa siano i rapporti interpersonali!

Oggi mi sono fatto a pranzo lo spezzatino di bue..vi consiglio di provarlo. Una bontà fuori dal comune. Certo..I prezzi non sono come quelli del carefour/grossa distribuzione ma é giusto che prodotti di alta qualità vengano pagati. Staff di una velocità e accoglienza unica.il fatto che proprietario serve al bancone come tutti gli altri addetti quando potrebbe vivere tranquillamente di renditá fa trasparire la passione che viene messa nel lavoro che si fa e nel prodotto che viene servito. Che dire, appena entrato nel locale, fin da subito mi son sentito coccolato dallo sguardo rassicurante del proprietario, da quel che ho capito sempre presente ed in prima linea con i clienti, cosa non da poco. Sono stato servito da un ragazzo che con professionalità e gentilezza mi ha consigliato sul taglio e sul metodo di cottura del tipo di carni scelte. Appena arrivato a casa, ho avuto modo di constatare l'elevatissima qualità del coniglio, che ha reso la mia cena settimanale, più che eccellente. Ci tornerò volentieri, avete acquisito sicuramente un nuovo cliente.
