La carne è di qualità, il servizio è fantastico, la scelta di prodotti pronti e impanati senza glutine impagabile per chi come me ha un bimbo celiaco. Ci dovrebbero essere più professionisti così che riescono a dare un servizio a 360° senza penalizzare chi ha intolleranze. Davvero un macellaio da 110 e lode. I've known this butcher for a couple of years, unfortunately I found out too late ... since then I can't buy anywhere else. I piatti pronti di ottima qualità e certificati gluten free (in alcuni casi come le lasagne anche con la possibilità di assenza di lattosio). Per non parlare di quando lo chef decide di deliziarti con i dolci senza glutine.. Sono celiaca da pochi mesi e non ho mai mangiato in vita mia uno strudel così buono (considerando poi che è senza glutine...) In Turin the best ever! The quality of the meat is unmatched.
