Ho prenotato due testi avvalendomi della consegna a domicilio, come consigliatomi dalla scuola.
Per due giorni consecutivi non solo i testi non sono stati consegnati, ma non sono neanche stata avvisata dell'impossibilità di effettuare la consegna .
Ritengo non sia il cliente a dover rincorrere il negoziante per avere notizie, bensì onere del commerciante avvisare .
Comprendo il periodo particolare che stiamo attraversando ma la
correttezza dovrebbe prevedere un semplice avviso al cliente .
E a questo punto spero di ricevere i libri lunedì...grazie

I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism.
I booked two texts using home delivery, as recommended by the school.
For two consecutive days not only the texts were not delivered, but I was not even advised of the impossibility of making the delivery.
I believe it is not the customer who has to chase the shopkeeper for news, but the burden of the shopkeeper to notify.
I understand the particular period we are going through but the
fairness should include a simple notice to the customer.
And at this point I hope to receive the books on Monday ... thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perché ci sono poche persone per seguire i clienti. Poi la libreria vende gli stessi libri delle altre. Io mi sono recata lì per una questione di vicinanza. Detto ciò il titolare è una persona perbene e gentile. Consiglio per chi abita in zona.
