★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'accoglienza è sempre fredda e per ben 2 volte mi è sembrato di disturbare. Sicuramente questo è il periodo più stressante visto l'inizio del periodo scolastico, ma non si può accogliere il cliente come un fastidio. Inoltre pessima figura quella di maltrattare un cliente al telefono davanti a tutto il negozio.
Peccato, perchè entrambe le volte in cui sono entrato ho sempre trovato i libri che cercavo.
Consiglio questo negozio per l'ottimo assortimento di libri, ma non troverete un ambiente positivo e accogliente
The reception is always cold and for 2 times it seemed to me to disturb. Surely this is the most stressful time since the beginning of the school year, but the customer cannot be welcomed as a nuisance. Also bad figure is that of mistreating a customer on the phone in front of the whole store.
Too bad, because both times I entered I always found the books I was looking for.
I recommend this store for the excellent assortment of books, but you will not find a positive and welcoming environment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito andavo nel loro negozio vicino piazza Carignano. Ora si sono spostati in zona più facile al parcheggio. Visto che quasi sempre si devono trasportare pesi non indifferenti di libri mi sembra ottimo. Il proprietario è sempre gentile e non faccio mai viaggi a vuoto quando devo vendere o comprare libri scolastico usati. Li paga bene ed è disponibile a un po' di contrattazione. Non ci sono mai lunghe file di attesa come in altri posti
