Sicuramente il punto di forza è il servizio post vendita perchè a differenza di altri immobiliari, qui si viene seguiti in tutto e per tutto fino al giorno del rogito. Complimenti al titolare Beccuti per aver creato una squadra di collaboratori preparati e professionali. Vorrei rispondere esponendo i fatti: sono stato contatto il 7 febbraio proponendo come PRIMO appuntamento il 15 febbraio nonostante io sia stato il PRIMO a mostrare interesse verso l'immobile. Con mia premura il 31 gennaio ho contattato lo studio per avere informazioni le quali non mi sono state date. Nella data del 7 febbraio avete però fatto vedere l'immobile a più di una persona. Continuando per i successivi giorni con altri appuntamenti; atteggiamento, per me, molto scorretto. Arrivando poi al giorno prima del nostro appuntamento (1 marzo, anche a causa mia per impegni lavorativi) cancellandolo. Non vedo la necessità di dover spiegare altro. Questa è la umile opinione. Unprofessional and unfair. I would like to answer by setting out the facts: I was contacted on February 7, proposing as the FIRST appointment on February 15, despite the fact that I was the FIRST to show interest in the property. With my concern, on January 31st I contacted the studio for information which was not given to me. However, on 7 February you showed the property to more than one person. Continuing for the following days with other appointments; attitude, for me, very incorrect. Then arriving on the day before our appointment (March 1st, also due to my work commitments) by canceling it. I don't see the need to explain anything else. This is the humble opinion.
