Quindi posso solo aggiungere zero professionalità!!!!! Ci tengo a precisare che sono una vera cliente delusa è non faccio parte della concorrenza !!!!! Six months of sales mandate, and zero calls, zero advice, zero appointments with the exception of one following my call for complaints about their total disinterest (she must have been a relative, friend, colleague of the agent ?????) Spero di avere più fortuna con la prossima agenzia a cui mi rivolgerò ma sicuramente fare peggio è impossibile! If you have the chance to waste time, this is the right agency.Bravi only in words and especially only at the beginning to get the mandate, then to Zero facts! 6 months literally thrown into the void with absurd absenteeism, no appointment ever their call for advice. Quando abbiamo chiesto perchè non ce lo avessero comunicato prima la risposta è stata..ci siamo dimenticati!! Poca trasparenza, nessuna competenza Esperienza surreale e un mese di tempo perso. Allora mi chiedo: perché non scrivere nell'annuncio che gli inquilini debbano avere NECESSARIAMENTE un contratto di lavoro indeterminato? Poi chiedo ancora -rivolto al proprietario di casa visto che è l'unico mezzo che ho- : il contratto di apprendistato lo sa che ha validità 3 anni e che è mirato all'assunzione con contratto indeterminato? Che ad oggi dovrebbe ritenersi fortunato se qualcuno vuole spendere 2000 euro per affittare una casa? Per di più ci hanno chiesto di versare una quota di 350€ per fare la proposta prima ancora di stipulare il contratto. Agenzia da evitare assolutamente! Due ore dopo dato il forte interesse avevo già mandato tutti i miei documenti provvisti di contratto a tempo indeterminato e buste paghe. Fermo restando che il proprietario è libero di affittarlo a chi crede, trovo inaccettabile non venire nemmeno richiamata dato che erano a conoscenza della urgenza e del bisogno almeno di sapere se la proposta sarebbe stata accettata o meno nel tempo più breve possibile. Ho chiamato per ben due volte e per bene due volte mi è stato detto che sarei stata richiamata, cosa mai avvenuta. Se avete intenzione di perdere tempo e di avere a che fare con poca professionalità, siete nel posto giusto. Saluti Bewildered.
