★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direi, senza dubbio, una macelleria (e un macellaio) da cinque stelle. La qualità della carne è eccezzionale, rigorosamente carni nostrane, SPETTACOLARI in qualsiasi modo vengano preparate!
Ovviamente i prezzi sono proporzionati a ciò che mangi... Ma... Preferisco mangiare una BUONA FETTINA in paio di volte a settimana, che accontentarmi di fettine 10x10 che una volta cotte diventano "suole" 5x5!!!
I would say, without a doubt, a five-star butcher shop (and a butcher). The quality of the meat is exceptional, strictly local meats, SPECTACULAR in any way they are prepared!
Obviously the prices are proportionate to what you eat ... But ... I prefer to eat a GOOD SLICE a couple of times a week, than to settle for 10x10 slices that once cooked become "soles" 5x5 !!!

One of Turin's best butchers! For many generations, the Rubinetti butcher offers the best excellences in terms of meat quality. Fassone breed calves bred as they once were. I absolutely recommend it. You have to try and you will not regret it.
