Veri professionisti! Truly mythical: fast and efficient! They were able to repair the brakes of a stroller from almost 10 years ago, saving us the repurchase of a new trio. What more do you want !? Purtroppo ha dovuto effettuare una modifica all'assetto della ruota posteriore, inclinandola e vincolandomi (senza impegno) a ripresentarmi in caso di foratura. Peccato che alla successiva foratura, l'inclinazione non è stata rieffettuata, facendo insorgere nuovamente un problema. Ma a parte questo inconveniente che può essere tralasciato, consigliato per competenza e gentilezza. Great bike craftsman. He restored my vintage graziella with much effort but extreme courtesy and unchanged price despite the problems incurred. Unfortunately he had to make a change to the rear wheel set-up, tilting it and constraining me (without obligation) to come back in the event of a puncture. Too bad that at the next puncture, the inclination was not re-done, causing a problem to arise again. But apart from this problem which can be left out, it recommended for competence and kindness.

Come tanti, dopo il lungo lockdown, avevo riscoperto la voglia di andare in bici. Chiamai questo signore ,al telefono molto gentile, gli spiegai che avevo questa bici nella cantina ferma da 20 anni e che necessitava di una manutenzione completa. Quando gli portai la bici di persona per la manutenzione mi cofermò quello palesato al telefono. Morale, gli ho lasciato la bicicletta per un inervento completo, mi disse che sarebbe stata pronta in 10 giorni, l'ha tenuta in negozio tre settimane, quando l'ho ritirata mi ha consegnato la bicicletta in maniera frettolosa ed effettuato solo il cambio copertoni e camere d'aria. Pessimo negozio, pessima assistenza. Copertone e camera d'aria avrei potuto cambiarli anche io. Upon recommendation from an acquaintance, I brought my old mountain bike to this shop. Like many, after the long lockdown, I had rediscovered the desire to ride a bike. I called this gentleman on the very kind phone, I explained to him that I had this bike in the cellar that had been standing for 20 years and that it needed complete maintenance. When I brought him the bike in person for maintenance, I confirmed the one revealed on the phone. Moral, I left the bicycle for a complete effort, he told me it would be ready in 10 days, he kept it in the shop three weeks, when I picked it up he gave me the bicycle in a hurry and only changed the tires and inner tubes. Bad shop, bad assistance. Tire and inner tube I could have changed them too.

Lo portata da Polibike dopo una valutazione dettagliata fatta dal Signor Enrico l'ho fatta riverniciare, il risultato e stato fantastico, Grazie Un consiglio prima di buttarla passate da lui. I had my grandfather's bicycle in the cellar, after so many years that it was not used it had become a wreck. I brought it to Polibike after a detailed evaluation made by Mr. Enrico I had it repainted, the result was fantastic, Thanks A tip before throwing it pass by him.

Esperienza fantastica, portato una bici pronta per la discarica in un mese (causa covid ) l’ha rimessa a nuovo verniciata sabbiata ecc molto disponibile , prezzi super coerenti ! Ci ritornerei domani Enrico is a hard worker! Fantastic experience, brought a bike ready for landfill in a month (due to covid), refurbished it painted sandblasted etc. Very helpful, super consistent prices! I would go there again tomorrow
