★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm from the us. This shop was the best. I arrived in Turin with a broken chain, (thanks customs). I only had one hour to fix the bike before moving on with the tour. Bike ID took me in right away to fix the bike , spent a half an hour going over the bikes and insisted on A full work up to fix a few other things. However, they only charged me €10. This is now my favorite local bike shop and it is only 6000 miles from home. Thanks!!!!
