A Novembre dello scorso anno mi reco nel loro negozio, viste le buone recensioni, per utilizzare il bonus bici e prendere una bici da corsa. Dunque per il brand scelto mi hanno detto che l'unico modello che poteva arrivare nei tempi più o meno previsti era la "via nirone 7" e che sarebbe arrivata intorno a marzo/aprile. Basandomi su ciò che mi è stato detto, scelgo il modello che mi hanno proposto loro per non aspettare i famosi tempi biblici, saldo la parte mancante al di fuori del bonus che mi hanno detto era da fare subito, aspetto i tempi che approssimativamente mi hanno detto, e ad oggi che siamo quasi ad Agosto ancora niente. Mi sono rivolto ad un altro rivenditore SPECIALIZEDe nel giro di una settimana ho visto risolto il mio problema ! Meglio non aver bisogno di assistenza Post vendita ! Classico posto dove l' "amico" viene trattato con i guanti... gli altri non si considerano. Sono entrato per provare un prodotto... il commesso è stato interrotto da una telefonata di un cliente "amico" per avere istruzioni su una forcella... mi ha lasciato in attesa per 20min!! Years go by but the rudeness of the people who work there is always the same: a guarantee! Classic place where the "friend" is treated with gloves ... others do not consider themselves. I went in to try a product ... the salesman was interrupted by a phone call from a "friend" customer to get instructions on a fork ... he left me waiting for 20min !!

Ci sono tornato per farmi fare un lavoro per un problema su una ebike che avevo acquistato su un sito online e mi hanno fornito assistenza e trattamento come se l'avessi presa da loro. I was very impressed with the friendliness, promptness and professionalism of the ownership and head mechanic at Amante Casella - Emanuele. They exceeded my expectations; diagnosing the issues I had and delivered by bike, perfectly, in a timely fashion. The price was more than reasonable and for anyone traveling to Torino looking for an exceptional experience, I cannot recommend them enough.
