C	Cristiana Piazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza fastidiosa e surreale.Il proprietario mi ha ripetutamente trattato con arroganza e supponenza.Ho lasciato la bicicletta in giacenza per più di 15 giorni e mi e’ stata restituita con difficoltà dopo essermi recato sul posto personalmente per 4 volte ,senza alcuna soluzione al problema.Nonostante prenotazione ed attesa ,proprietario nevrotico ed assistente più malleabile mi hanno nervosamente detto ,nelle occasioni in cui mi sono recato in negozio con il pezzo di ricambio definito introvabile e da me procurato in 2 giorni ,che avevano da lavorare e risolvere problemi urgenti e non potevano rispondere al telefono o fornirmi ulteriori spiegazioni.Ho ripreso mestamente la mia bicicletta ,ho pagato un intervento non realizzato ed accantono un episodio umiliante . La mia esperienza per una gomma bucata, nonostante non avessi fretta e potevo lasciarla lì, ne è l'esempio. Il proprietario in maniera scontrosa e arrogante mi ha liquidato così: siamo pieni, non mettermi in difficoltà, vai in infondo ci sono dei Pakistani "che forse riescono a cambiarla". Io non ho chiesto un parere, ho chiesto un preventivo. Molto poco professionali da questo punto di vista.
