★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a loro disperato perché (dopo averlo affidato ad altre mani incompetenti) il mio computer non dava più segni di vita... Il giorno dopo me l'hanno restituito come nuovo (anche meglio) a un prezzo super-favorevole! Servizio perfetto, mi è andata veramente di lusso! Consigliatissimo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentili e competenti. Risolto il problema del mio computer vecchietto anche di sabato. Molto obiettiva la valutazione degli interventi. Valutano a priori il rapporto costo/risultato. Tornerò se ne avrò bisogno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aggiungo un'altra esperienza positiva, ho portato un computer Desktop che dopo gli ultimi aggiornamenti di Windows non si avviava più, rimaneva bloccato su una schermata azzurra. Dopo la loro diagnosi mi hanno indicato la problematica e hanno proceduto alla riparazione, suggerendomi di metter un disco SSD. Ora è molto più veloce di prima.
Sono riusciti a recuperare i dati che avevo sul pc. Ora mi rivolgo sempre a loro per qualsiasi problema, sono i migliori.

Dopo essere passato con il mio notebook Asus in diversi centri di assistenza informatica vicino al mio paese, dicendomi che non si poteva far nulla per riparare il mio computer o che non ne valeva la pena,
ho deciso di cercare a Torino un centro assistenza informatico per aver un opinione in più a riguardo, ho letto le molte recensioni positive e ho deciso di rivolgermi a loro.
Posso confermare quello che ho letto. Dopo la diagnosi mi hanno chiamato per dirmi che il non funzionamento dipendeva da un componente sulla scheda madre, dopo qualche giorno la scheda è stata riparata e ora il mio Asus funziona alla perfezione, mi hanno anche cambiato le paste poiché il PC scaldava troppo (mi hanno fatto vedere una foto della PC temperatura di 95° prima del loro intervento) .
Molto disponibili ad aspettarmi oltre il loro orario di chiusura arrivando da fuori Torino. Molto cordiali e mi hanno dato molti consigli sulla manutenzione del computer. Metterei più stelle.
Sono ritornato per portar un'altro computer a riparare cosi me lo posso portare in vacanza e il giorno dopo il notebook era già pronto e funzionante con già tutti i programmi per utilizzarlo.

After having spent with my Asus notebook in several computer assistance centers near my country, telling me that nothing could be done to repair my computer or that it was not worth it,
I decided to look for a computer assistance center in Turin to have an additional opinion about it, I read the many positive reviews and I decided to address them.
I can confirm what I've read. After the diagnosis they called me to tell me that the non-functioning depended on a component on the motherboard, after a few days the card was repaired and now my Asus works perfectly, they even changed the pastes because the PC was too hot (I they showed a photo of the PC 95 ° temperature before their intervention).
Very willing to wait beyond their closing time coming from outside Turin. Very friendly and gave me lots of tips on computer maintenance. I'd put more stars.
I returned to bring another computer to repair so I can take it on vacation and the day after the notebook was ready and working with all the programs to use it already.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il pc non si avviava più, diagnosi: scheda video da cambiare, ho chiesto qual era il guasto e se si poteva riparare senza ottenere risposta se non quella di cambiare GPU.
Ho preso la GPU, notato che mancava una vite, trovata incastrata tra backplate e GPU, rimessa a posto e il pc è ripartito, se le risposte evasive non mi avessero insospettito avrei buttato via 600 euro di GPU.
ps. non contenti mi dicono che sia semplice fantasia, naturalmente a 42 anni non ho niente di meglio da fare che inventarmi le recensioni
pps. era una delle viti della backplate che si era svitata, bastava guardare la scheda cosa che evidentemente non rientra nei vostri test

The pc did not start anymore, diagnosis: video card to be changed, I asked what the fault was and if it could be repaired without getting an answer other than to change the GPU.
I took the GPU, noticed that a screw was missing, found wedged between the backplate and the GPU, put it back in place and the PC restarted, if the evasive answers had not made me suspicious I would have thrown away 600 euros of GPU.
ps. not happy they tell me that it is simple fantasy, of course at 42 I have nothing better to do than invent reviews
pps. it was one of the screws of the backplate that had unscrewed, just look at the card which obviously does not fit in your tests

Prima di andar in ufficio ho trovato questo centro aperto già dal mattino presto, ho chiesto cordialmente se potevano farmelo trovare pronto il prima possibile. Sono stata contatta e mi hanno spiegato la problematica del mio Lenovo e che poteva essere già pronto in serata. In meno di 24 ore lo ho ritirato funzionante e più veloce rispetto a prima, come potete vedere in foto. Professionali e Cordiali. Consigliato!
I found myself with my notebook that didn't want to know about starting and I needed it as soon as possible because I had to deliver an urgent job. Before going to the office I found this center open early in the morning, I asked cordially if they could let me find it ready as soon as possible. I was contacted and they explained to me the problem of my Lenovo and that it could already be ready in the evening. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo esser passato in altri centri assistenza dove mi consigliavano di cambiare il mio pc rotto con un nuovo e mi sono rivolto in questo centro che mi è stato consigliato da un amico.
Sono riusciti a far funzionare il pc nuovamente, cosa che non credevo fin quando mi son presentato e ho visto di persona che il pc era operativo.
Cordiali a rispondere ai miei dubbi e a darmi i consigli sull'utilizzo del pc.
