★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In seguito al furto di dati dell'operatore Ho. Mobile mi sono rivolto a 5 negozi, per il cambio gratuito della sim. Alcuni negozi hanno detto di non avere sim disponibili (solo perché il servizio è gratuito), altri richiedevano 10 euro per la sostituzione.
Da New Globaltel, il cambio è GRATUITO, il personale è disponibile e gentile e l'assistenza è eccellente.
Se siete di Torino e provincia e dovete cambiare sim o attivare altri servizi di telefonia rivolgetevi a loro, che sono i migliori.
Following the theft of data by the operator Ho. Mobile I turned to 5 shops, for the free change of the sim. Some shops said they don't have sims available (just because the service is free), others asked for 10 euros for replacement.
At New Globaltel, the change is FREE, the staff are helpful and kind, and the support is excellent.
If you are from Turin and its province and you need to change SIM cards or activate other telephone services, contact them, they are the best.

Sono stati gli unici ad essere disponibili nel farlo ed onesti, non offrendoci come unica possibilità il cambio di gestore come hanno fatto altri 6 negozi per lo stesso problema. Grazie davvero tanto alla signora Carmen e collega. Consigliatissimo!
As a customer I have ... as we all had to change the card (due to data theft). They were the only ones who were willing to do it and honest, not offering us the change of manager as the only possibility as did other 6 shops for the same problem. Thanks so much to Mrs. Carmen and colleague. Highly recommended!
