G	Giulia Spezzati on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Partiamo dai lati buoni: i tranci di pizza sono eccellenti, con abbinamenti fantasiosi e ben bilanciati, la posizione è centrale in Torino. Le note dolenti: non sono capaci di gestire un tavolo di 9 persone il sabato sera. Hanno dimenticato la metà degli ordini, e hanno spiegato in modo poco chiaro il menù, almeno inizialmente. La cameriera non può evitare di spiegare il metodo con cui si ordina per poi dire che dobbiamo "gestire gli ordini fra noi". È il lavoro della cameriera, non degli avventori, che sono ospiti paganti. Quando siamo stati seguiti dal capo cameriere (o gestore, non saprei) le cose sono nettamente migliorate, e si è visto un chiaro intento di risolvere i problemi del servizio. Abbiamo apprezzato quanto fatto, ma ciò non toglie che si sia aspettato molto a lungo per qualsiasi piatto, che alcuni piatti siano stati dimenticati e che il prezzo non fosse esattamente economico, nonostante lo sconto (molto apprezzato). Questo è un locale con buon cibo, ma non torneremo. Let's start from the good sides: the pizza slices are excellent, with imaginative and well balanced combinations, the location is central in Turin. The sore point: they are unable to manage a table of 9 on a Saturday night. They have forgotten half of the orders, and have unclearly explained the menu, at least initially. The waitress cannot avoid explaining the method by which you order and then saying that we have to "manage the orders between us". It's the waitress's job, not the patrons, who are paying guests. When we were followed by the head waiter (or manager, I don't know) things improved significantly, and there was a clear intention to solve the problems of the service. We appreciated what we did, but the fact remains that we waited a very long time for any dish, that some dishes were forgotten and that the price was not exactly cheap, despite the discount (much appreciated). This is a place with good food, but we will not be returning.
