Abbiamo acquistato un DELL ad una cifra che, a mio avviso, deve essere sinonimo di qualità ed assistenza. Da subito ha manifestato problemi di spegnimento improvviso. Tutte le volte che lo abbiamo portato a vedere, in garanzia, ce lo hanno restituito dicendo che non aveva nulla e che funzionava perfettamente. Oggi ne ho parlato casualmente con un altro venditore di PC il quale mi ha detto che è un problema noto dei DELL di quel lotto e che avrebbero dovuto risolvere in garanzia. Peccato che la garanzia oramai è scaduta, grazie ad Alex PC, senza risolvere il problema Absolutely incompetent. They can sell computers such as bars of soap or cigarettes. D	Devicraft italia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ so passati 5 anni da quando ho fatto la configurazione fatta da loro chiesi di farmi fare una configurazione da 1000 euro ma quando ritirai il pc iniziarono i primi problemi come ad esempio il surriscaldamento dovuto all'essenza di pasta termica nel dissipatore stock della intel che poi più avanti lo cambiai con un masterliquid poi il fatto che si spegnesse ogni tot dovuto ad un alimentatore di bassa qualità mi installarono un mars vulcano gaming da 80 blus silver da 750W che poi lo sostituito con un seasonic 80 plus gold da 650W insomma credo che fosse una configurazione fatta alla rinfusa perché già risparmiare sull'alimentatore direi che è sbagliato perché i più casi che si creino danni sono dovuti anche ad un alimentatore di bassa qualità ma anche non mettere la pasta termica sul dissipatore stock della intel quello si era preoccupante per carità magari all'epoca nel mercato dei preassemblati fare un buon pc economico non era semplice ma credo che si potesse fare di meglio ma non ci tornai più dopo che ritirai il pc, io ragazzi (mi riferisco ai clienti) se dovete acquistare da una build da loro vi Consiglio di fare attenzione a cosa vi montano ovviamente chiedendo di farvi un preventivo è farvelo vedere sa un amico che ha più esperienza I know it's been 5 years since I made the configuration made by them I asked to have a configuration done by them for 1000 euros but when I withdrew the pc the first problems began such as overheating due to the essence of thermal paste in the Intel stock heatsink which then later I changed it with a masterliquid then the fact that it went out every tot due to a low quality power supply they installed me a mars volcano gaming 80 blus silver 750W which then replaced it with a seasonic 80 plus gold from 650W in short, I think it was a configuration made in bulk because already saving on the power supply I would say that it is wrong because the most cases that create damage are also due to a low quality power supply but also do not put the thermal paste on the Intel stock heatsink that was worrying for charity maybe at the time in the pre-assembled market making a good cheap pc was not easy but I think you could do better but there is no i went back more after i collected the pc, i guys (i mean customers) if you have to buy from a build from them i advise you to pay attention to what they mount obviously asking for a quote and show it to you knows a friend who has more experience
