Tempo fa le valutazioni erano più alte, ora qualsiasi cosa porti, sembra che te la schifino, per poi rivenderla quasi a prezzo di acquisto nuovo. Galaxy Note 20 ultra, Italia, acquistato a 1380 euro a settembre, loro a ottobre me ne offrivano 580. Stesso telefono, portato da "lo specialista" (come cashtime) me lo ha valutato 950 euro. Una differenza di 410 euro. Se volete vendere videogiochi, andate in qualche negozio specializzato, tipo "il mercatuccio" sicuramente la valutazione è più alta e consona. L’unico problema è che un commesso è sempre sgarbato e perennemente scazzato, penso che con una persona così in negozio difficilmente i clienti acquisteranno qualcosa. Really well managed shop, very helpful and obviously experienced staff. The only problem is that a salesman is always rude and perpetually pissed off, I think that with such a person in the shop, customers are unlikely to buy anything.

L'azienda dovrebbe ascoltare di più i feedback della clientela visto che non sono l'unica persona ad aver delle rimostranze nei confronti del comportamento di un dipendente...e credo sia lo stesso dipendente delle altre lamentele lette qui perché la modalità di comportamento è la medesima... c	ci ro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio fornito ma servizio scadente, hanno provato anche a fregarmi dandomi indicazioni fuorvianti rispetto ad un prodotto, al di là di questo è un ottimo negozio se sai il fatto tuo sui prodotti altrimenti eviterei di rischiare, altresì utile per i videogame( lì c'è poco da fare i furbi quindi si può andare un piu sereni) Shop provided but poor service, they also tried to cheat me by giving me misleading indications regarding a product, beyond this it is a great shop if you know your stuff about the products otherwise I would avoid risking, also useful for video games (there is little to be smart so you can go a little more serene)
