S	Sergio Dugato on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato recentemente da Quagliotti ed ho parlato con una signora gentile e competente (ho sessant'anni, sono appassionato di bici, da ragazzo correvo negli Allievi della F.C.I.). Purtroppo le fabbriche di bici sono in difficoltà (problemi logistici; bella la globalizzazione, vero?). Sono tornato apposta una seconda volta apposta per comprare una pompa a colonna, perchè era costruita bene. Terrò senz'altro presente il negozio quando deciderò di comprare una bici nuova. I recently went to Quagliotti's and I talked to a kind and competent lady (I'm sixty years old, I'm passionate about bikes, as a boy I used to race in the F.C.I. students). Unfortunately, the bike factories are in trouble (logistical problems; globalization is nice, right?). I came back on purpose a second time on purpose to buy a column pump, because it was built well. I will definitely keep the shop in mind when I decide to buy a new bike.

Che dire.. pienamente soddisfatto, competenti disponili e soprattutto prezzi onesti. Consigliatissimo !!! I brought a bike to replace the bottom bracket. Per il proprietario che risponde alle recensioni: Leone da Tastiera è colui che insulta e risponde in maniera violenta. Ti è stata fatta una critica costruttiva, e una persona matura dovrebbe saperla accettare. Si rispetta l'onestà e il lavoro assolutamente, ma qui scarseggia un po' l'educazione di saper accettare piccole critiche. Sorge anche una carenza di competenze tecniche in quanto non andavano sostituiti solo dei raggi ma tutto il cerchio dato che la struttura era invalidata completamente. For the owner who responds to reviews: Keyboard Lion is the one who insults and responds violently. Constructive criticism has been given to you, and a mature person should know how to accept it. Honesty and work are respected absolutely, but here the education to be able to accept small criticisms is somewhat lacking. There is also a lack of technical skills as not only the spokes had to be replaced but the whole rim as the structure was completely invalidated. I strongly advise against this shop.
A	Alberto Scarano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deluso, credevo che tutte le altre recensioni negative fossero casi sporadici e invece mi trovo a dover recensire negativamente questa attività. Mi sono presentato in negozio per esporre il problema della mia bici, in particolare la rottura di buona parte dei raggi della ruota posteriore ed ho affermato che bisognava sostituire completamente il cerchio. Neanche finito di spiegare il problema sono stato interrotto dalla signora, la quale giustamente mi dice che non potevano prendere altri lavori, consigliandomi di ripassare 2 giorni più tardi portando la bicicletta per vedere il problema. Assolutamente comprensivo ho voluto chiedere per curiosità i prezzi indicativi di quel tipo di riparazione e sono stato liquidando malamente con la scusante del "dipende dal numero di raggi e dal lavoro", detto in maniera infastidita e altezzosa. Faccio una critica costruttiva, consigliando ai proprietari di fornire qualche informazione in più, perché anche solo sapendo il prezzo (dato che altre recensioni li descrivono come onesti) sarei sicuramente andato qui a fare la riparazione dato che vivo a meno di 20 metri dal negozio. Però ho preferito andare da qualcun altro che mi ha spiegato molto gentilmente e in maniera trasparenza tutto ciò che c'era da sapere e in mezza giornata ho già la bici nuova. Consiglio di andare 200 metri più avanti a Porta Palazzo, ci sono un paio di questi negozi più cordiali e competenti. I went to the shop to expose the problem of my bike, in particular the breakage of most of the spokes of the rear wheel and I stated that the rim had to be completely replaced. Not even finished explaining the problem I was interrupted by the lady, who rightly told me that they could not take other jobs, advising me to come back 2 days later bringing the bicycle to see the problem. Absolutely understanding, out of curiosity, I wanted to ask the indicative prices of that type of repair and I was dismissing badly with the excuse of "it depends on the number of spokes and the work", said in an annoyed and haughty manner. I make a constructive criticism, advising the owners to provide some more information, because even just knowing the price (as other reviews describe them as honest) I would certainly have gone here to do the repair as I live less than 20 meters from the shop. But I preferred to go to someone else who explained to me very kindly and transparently everything there was to know and in half a day I already have the new bike. I recommend going 200 meters further to Porta Palazzo, there are a couple of these more friendly and competent shops.
