Ordino un prodotto da 2€ online dove vengono aggiunti all’ordine 3 campioncini, ritiro l’ordine in negozio e i campioncini sono due, oltre a sentirmi presa in giro dalla commessa per l’ordine. Oggi 23 Gennaio 2022 arrivo in via Duchessa Jolanda alle 15.01 trovo chiuso il negozio nonostante dal sito ci sia scritto Domenica aperto dalle 15. Sono le 15.15 e vado via sperando di trovare aperto il negozio in settimana e con i 3 campioncini come anche da ultimo ordine. I call to book a Make up session with the promotion of the Christmas advent calendar and the saleswoman initially tells me in January because during the holidays they are full of work, then when I go to the store to shop she tells me that due to Covid they don't . I order a € 2 product online where 3 samples are added to the order, I collect the order in the store and there are two samples, as well as feeling teased by the order for the order. Today 23 January 2022 I arrive in via Duchessa Jolanda at 15.01 I find the shop closed despite the fact that the website says Sunday open from 15. It is 15.15 and I leave hoping to find the shop open during the week and with the 3 samples as well as the last order .
