★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante una breve telefonata, dove cercavo di capire il nome della chiave che mi serviva, il proprietario esordisce dicendo, che lui non è un coll center e che non ha la segretaria, quindi non poteva rispondere perché essendo in zona rossa e quasi le ore 19 aveva il locale pieno e con molta gentilezza ha staccato il telefono. PESSIMO E MALEDUCATO

Inutile dirlo.. molto meglio di quelle grandi catene di distribuzione in cui si impazzisce per cercare una vite e poi si esce avendo acquistato quella sbagliata!

Needless to say .. much better than those large distribution chains where you go crazy looking for a screw and then you leave having bought the wrong one!
