Mi hanno riparato in tempi ragionevoli un serramento, per il quale neanche il servizio clienti della casa produttrice aveva saputo trovare una soluzione. Competent and professional. Mi hanno chiamato due giorni prima per fissare l'appuntamento per l'installazione della porta... disorganizzati. Non hanno calcolato lo spessore della porta, e quindi il campo visivo dello spioncino risulta molto ristretto. Insomma, molto insoddisfatto. Abbastanza scortesi al telefono dell'ufficio, e nonostante diversi miei messaggi a mezzo mail (anche con la PEC), nessuna risposta... neanche una telefonata. Non consigliato. Aggiornamento: mi sono rivolto alla Vighi per un’attività di assistenza fuori garanzia della porta che già dopo appena due anni dall’installazione ha manifestato dei problemi, come la rottura della maniglia. La ditta di assistenza ha rilevato un’installazione fatta alla “carlona”, con i due battenti montati troppo vicini l’uno all’altro. Inoltre, per compensare lo spessore della porta, è stata fatta una saldatura che poi con l’uso della maniglia ha ceduto. Assurdo!! Questo installatore ha dimostrato ancora una volta la sua inefficienza e scarsa competenza, con metodi improvvisati. Un motivo in più per non consigliarlo! Evitate! I had several problems with them. This installer has once again demonstrated his inefficiency and lack of competence, with improvised methods. One more reason not to recommend it! Avoid!
