La casa in cui sono stato è fornita di tutte le comodità di cui necessita chiunque vada a vivere da solo in una nuova città. Nicola inoltre è un proprietario di casa disponibile e presente, e tuttavia discreto e rispettoso degli spazi degli inquilini. Consiglio a chiunque abbia bisogno di una stanza per una lunga permanenza a Torino. I stayed in one of the apartments managed by Stanza4you for a period of one and a half years. The house I have been in is equipped with all the comforts that anyone going to live alone in a new city needs. Nicola is also a helpful and present homeowner, yet discreet and respectful of the tenants' spaces. I recommend to anyone who needs a room for a long stay in Turin.

Esperienza fantastica , per ogni bisogno o necessità , il titolare non ha esitato a venirmi incontro , in tempi più che brevi . Lo consiglio , perché oltre la professionalità ( indiscutibile ) , mi hanno messo nella condizione d’instaurare un rapporto di amicizia e fiducia con i membri dell’agenzia , il che non è banale . Ad oggi , dopo 5 anni di esperienza universitaria , sicuramente il miglior compromesso tra qualità -prezzo . Appartamenti ben mantenuti , moderni e adatti a qualunque professione , studente o lavoratore che sia . I was a client of Stanza4you for 4 years in their apartment in Turin. Fantastic experience, for every need or requirement, the owner did not hesitate to come and meet me, in a very short time. I recommend it, because besides the (indisputable) professionalism, they put me in a position to establish a relationship of friendship and trust with the members of the agency, which is not trivial. To date, after 5 years of university experience, certainly the best compromise between quality and price. Well maintained apartments, modern and suitable for any profession, student or worker.

This uncommon empathy is proved by the unordinary format that they offer. Stanza4You provide me a six-month renewable tenancy agreement with a minimum notice period agreed together upon my needs, thus assuring me the mobility to effectively respond to job opportunities outside Turin. Additionally, I was freed to worry about all those annoying things such as the contracts for home utility services or the necessity to find a new flatmate before leaving, thus sparing my time for more important activities. Finally, the most important thing is how they put a lot of effort to avoid unpleasant cohabitations by properly evaluating the affinity among the applicants and the current occupants. Nicola and Antonio really succeeded in making me feel at home!
