★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono avvezzo a scrivere recensioni negative su google normalmente perché rispetto il lavoro , ma è doveroso per me condividere in esperienza negativa con questa agenzia . Mi interessava un immobile in zona Vinzaglio, chiamo una volta per chiedere un appuntamento , mi risponde una voce maschile che prende nota, nessuno ha richiamato. Chiamo una seconda volta, mi risponde una voce femminile, rilascio il numero, nessuna risposta. Terza chiamata, come sopra. Decido di passare di persona ( paradossale che il cliente debba inseguire il venditore!!!!!) , una ragazza mi mostra il mio nome con il mio telefono in una lista scritta a biro e ma dice che il collega mi richiamerà . Questo è successo una settimana fa, sto ancora aspettando ma a questo punto sarò io a non rispondere. È evidente che per quell’immobile avevano già abbastanza appuntamenti e non gliene serviva un altro, ma l’educazione forse è un optional.
I am not used to writing negative reviews on google normally because I respect the work, but it is my duty to share in negative experience with this agency. I was interested in a property in the Vinzaglio area, I call once to ask for an appointment, a male voice answers me and takes note, no one called back. I call a second time, a female voice answers, I release the number, no answer. Third call, as above. I decide to go in person (paradoxical that the customer has to chase the seller !!!!!), a girl shows me my name with my phone in a list written in ballpoint pen and but says that the colleague will call me back. This happened a week ago, I'm still waiting but at this point I'll be the one not to answer. It is clear that they already had enough appointments for that property and did not need another one, but education is perhaps optional.

Un team di professionisti seri ed affidabili, che sono stati devo dire, soprattutto nella persona di Katia, un riferimento per tutto. Attenti, disponibili. Katia ha reso il mio arrivo a Torino accogliente, cosi come lo è stata quando ho lasciato qualche giorno fa lo stesso appartamento. Consiglierei questa agenzia a tutti, soprattutto i più esigenti; perchè ho riscontrato per esperienza personale, che per loro non è solo lavoro, è passione. Le tue esigenze sono le loro esigenze e fanno di tutto per venirti incontro.

I used this agency for my first home in Turin. A team of serious and reliable professionals, who I must say, especially in the person of Katia, a reference for everything. Attentive, available. Katia made my arrival in Turin welcoming, just as it was when I left the same apartment a few days ago. I would recommend this agency to everyone, especially the most demanding; because I have found from personal experience that for them it is not just work, it is passion. Your needs are their needs and they go out of their way to accommodate you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible company, as it possible to put no stars at all. We were interested to buy a house and saw some interesting choices when we were passing by the Corso Venzaglio and ring the door no one opened even if someone was there ( they could politely explain that we have to take appointment), after we tried to call ( for that number which was written on the main door) that day, other 2-3 days again nobody answered even we left audio messages( when other call you back usually) don’t recommend to anyone ?
But owner of this company is continuing bullying on me. I saw that others already wrote the same negative review(1-2 years ago) about this company even before Covid-19.
