★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luca Tonus è onesto e professionale. Affidabile e presente, risponde in tempi brevi ed è sempre disponibile per cercare una soluzione. Ci siamo affidati a lui per l'affitto di un locale commerciale e non c'è stato alcun tipo di imprevisto. Dal momento in cui abbiamo espresso il nostro interesse, non ha cercato di fare "doppi giochi" (in cui siamo purtroppo incappati in altre occasioni, svariate volte, con altri immobiliaristi), ci ha supportati per la chiusura del contratto e ci ha anche fornito degli interessanti spunti per valorizzare gli spazi. Non avremmo potuto trovare di meglio.
Luca Tonus is honest and professional. Reliable and present, he responds quickly and is always available to find a solution. We relied on him for the rental of a commercial space and there was no unexpected situation. From the moment we expressed our interest, he did not try to play "double games" (which we unfortunately ran into on other occasions, several times, with other property developers), he supported us in closing the contract and also provided us with interesting ideas to enhance the spaces. Couldn't have done better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto l’occasione di beneficiare della mediazione di Luca Tonus per l’acquisto di un appartamento; trattandosi di una fase lavorativa delicata di « rientro » dall’estero, e anche personale, ho trovato un interlocutore disponibile, preparato, gentile e alla mano - una persona che tra le righe dell’atto « amministrativo » di compravendita ha saputo leggere anche una storia umana. Non esito quindi a consigliare la sua consulenza in ambito immobiliare.
