G	Giada Abdi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SE NON VOLETE CLIENTI NUOVI CON GROUPON LEVATE I VOSTRI PACCHETTI!!!! ho appena chiamato per prenotare dicendo da subito che volevo acquistare il pacchetto groupon ma volevo essere certa che ci fosse posto per lunedì 14 , prima mi fissano un appuntamento per le due, poi dopo avermi chiesto se lo avevo già acquistato rispondo "no lo sto per acquistare ma volevo essere certa ci fosse posto" la loro risposta è stata "no signora non abbiamo posto" io replico dicendo "ma come mi avevate detto che c'era".... insomma per farla breve 0 professionalità 10 furbizia, così non si fa! IF YOU DON'T WANT NEW CUSTOMERS WITH GROUPON LEAVE YOUR PACKAGES !!!! Non posso dire che lavorino male anzi, un buon risultato ma il coupon prevedeva che potessi prenotare dal lunedì al sabato dalle 9 alle 20 ma non appena mi presentavo come cliente groupon mi si rispondeva che potevo prenotare solo in determinati orari, ovviamente a me scomodi, tipo ora di pranzo o dopo le 19. Questo non l'ho trovato giusto e soprattutto controproducente per attirare nuovi clienti. Ecco perché non posso dare un giudizio positivo. I purchased a coupon which included 3 manicures / pedicures in the months of June, July and August (one a month). I can't say that they work badly, on the contrary, a good result but the coupon provided that I could book from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm but as soon as I presented myself as a groupon customer I was told that I could only book at certain times, obviously inconvenient for me, like lunchtime or after 7pm. I didn't find it right and above all counter-productive to attract new customers. That's why I can't give a positive judgment.
