c	calliope calliope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio giudizio non è legato alla visita medica ma alla segreteria: tre addette allo sportello che parlano tra di loro, accettazione inutilmente lunga dato che non c'era nessuno, ingiustificata attesa anche per pagare perchè nuovamente non c'era nessuno ma stavano parlando di altro. My opinion is not linked to the medical examination but to the secretariat: three counter staff talking to each other, unnecessarily long acceptance since there was no one, unjustified waiting also to pay because there was no one again but they were talking about other.

Gli esiti non sono nemmeno telematici. Da evitare per quello che può essere il mio giudizio. Altri centri sono molto più di efficienti. Bad experience. Very long waiting time for a simple check-up. They provide an hour but do not absolutely respect the times. The outcomes are not even telematic. To be avoided for what my judgment may be. Other centers are far more than efficient.

La visita privata è stata fatta con un notevole ritardo rispetto all'orario dato e ho dovuto aspettare fuori al freddo perché non ci sono neanche i bar aperti. They do not allow relatives to accompany them and they do not have a waiting room. The private visit was done with a considerable delay compared to the given time and I had to wait outside in the cold because there are not even the bars open.

Vero è che le richieste sono tante e probabilmente possono infischiarsene del fatto che si debba tribolare oltremodo per raggiungerli, però c'è un limite a tutto anche in considerazione che chi telefona generalmente richiede di essere curato (peraltro pagando profumatamente). Impossible to book by phone. In accettazione sono tutti cortesi e disponibili, mi hanno aiutato molto a risolvere i problemi con le pratiche della mia assicurazione. Il processo di accettazione e prenotazione è molto scorrevole. Sono sbalordito con il costo che si sostiene per fare visita privata. Penso che ci siano persone che desiderano poter lavorare. Se non avete voglia di lavorare lasciate il posto a chi vorrebbe e non trova! Poi la signora più agèe ha aperto la finestra quando fuori diluviava e faceva freddo senza neanche chiedere e si lamentava del troppo caldo. Chieda non esiste solo lei! L'oculista mi ha detto che non era il caso di toccarla e mi ha fatto una visita oculistica non richiesta (l'Istituto Oftalmico qualche mese dopo ha detto che invece andava tolta!!!). Tale visita oculistica è stata fatta in modo errato e ho dovuto rifare gli occhiali che si basavano su di essa. Ciliegina sulla torta, l'oculista consegnava a me e tutti i pazienti bigliettini elettorali in quanto si presentava al Comune e quindi faceva pubblicità elettorale per se stesso durante il lavoro approfittando della sua condizione di medico nei confronti dei pazienti!!! That eye examination was done incorrectly and I had to redo the glasses that were based on it. The icing on the cake, the ophthalmologist gave me and all the patients electoral cards as he presented himself to the Municipality and then advertised for himself during his work, taking advantage of his condition as a doctor towards patients !!!
