★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il poliambulatorio e i dottori si meriterebbe 5 stelle peccato per una signora chemio ha detto di essere la responsabile .La signora molto maleducata e prepotente .Sarei molto contento di parlare se c'è qualcuno più responsabile della signora perché è un peccato per il laboratorio,che per colpa di una sola persona incompetente e maleducata debba far brutta figura tutto il poliambulatorio oltretutto faccio presente che la brutta figura la fatta davanti a tutti i clienti.
The clinic and the doctors would deserve 5 stars shame about a lady chemo said to be in charge. The lady very rude and bossy. I would be very glad to speak if there is someone more responsible than the lady because it is a pity for the lab, that because of a single incompetent and rude person the whole clinic should make a bad impression, plus I point out that the bad impression is made in front of all customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MED mi ha permesso di prenotare un esame in meno di una settimana da quando li ho contattati. Il personale è cordiale e il Dottore che ha effettuato la visita è stato particolarmente competente e disponibile a darmi tutte le spiegazioni del caso. Consiglio a tutti il Centro Medico MED!
MED has allowed me to book an exam in less than a week since I contacted them. The staff are friendly and the Doctor who made the visit was particularly competent and willing to give me any explanations. I recommend the MED Medical Center to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la seconda volta che faccio la visita con il Dottor Alessandro Mauro. È un ottimo dottore, mi ha aiutata molto, ed è molto professionale. Mette a proprio agio i suoi pazienti e si prende cura in modo dettagliato senza tralasciare niente. L' unica pecca per cui avrei dato 1 stella è per un episodio spiacevole accaduto all' entrata. Sono arrivata in anticipo, ero con mia madre e all' accoglienza mi è stato gentilmente chiesto di restare fuori per 15 minuti per evitare assembramenti come giusto che sia. Siamo rimaste nell' androne dell' edificio non accorgendoci per niente di fogli appesi che dicevano che i pazienti non devono rimanere nell' androne ad aspettare ma fuori in strada. Morale della favola è arrivata una signora del condominio che prima di salire nel suo appartamento ha insistentemente suonato allo studio medico e si è lamentata che eravamo all' interno. Successivamente siamo state riprese dal personale dicendoci che i fogli parlavano chiaro. Zero umanità e zero rispetto. Se avessimo visto i fogli sicuramente da persone educate che siamo non saremmo rimaste li. Seconda cosa la signora poteva farceli notare senza farci sentire come delle bestie. Mi dispiace che questi episodi rovinino l ottima professionalità dei medici.
This is the second time that I visit with Doctor Alessandro Mauro. He's a great doctor, he helped me a lot, and he's very professional. He puts his patients at ease and takes care in detail without neglecting anything. The only flaw for which I would have given 1 star is for an unpleasant incident that occurred at the entrance. I arrived early, I was with my mother and at the reception I was kindly asked to stay outside for 15 minutes to avoid crowds as it should be. We remained in the hall of the building not noticing at all the hanging sheets that said that patients should not stay in the hall waiting but out in the street. Moral of the story came a lady from the condominium who, before going up to her apartment, insistently rang the doctor's office and complained that we were inside. We were then taken up by the staff telling us that the sheets spoke clearly. Zero humanity and zero respect. If we had seen the sheets surely from polite people that we are we would not have stayed there. Secondly, the lady could point them out to us without making us feel like beasts. I'm sorry that these episodes ruin the excellent professionalism of the doctors.
