I medici sono oltre che competenti sono anche gentili, pazienti , umani cose quasi rare oramai negli ospedali nei quali sei solo un numero di letto. Grazie! Andate da un altra parte è meglio...e pensare che all'inizio mi sembrava un buon ospedale. Tra l'altro è una clinica privata dal momento che non esiste nemmeno un pronto soccorso. absolutely to AVOID. Huge disservice often rude staff. Purtroppo però, la maleducazione è scortesia dell'operatrice è stata a dir poco non professionale. Ho chiesto per una prenotazione e mi ha detto che non c'erano posti e che Torino era pieno di ospedali a cui rivolgermi, peccato che la mia dottoressa esercita da loro, al che mi ha detto che potevo andare a pagamento nello studio privato, ho risposto che se potevo andarci non avrei certo disturbato loro, che sono 6 mesi cmq che chiamo e non c'è mai posto. A quel punto mi ha risposto,che lei non ha la palla di vetro,che se l'avesse,avrebbe risolto i suoi di problemi,non mi ha dato il tempo di dire che avevo un'altra richiesta che mi ha letteralmente chiuso il telefono in faccia,con un arrivederci alla fine della filippica che mi ha fatto. M	Mari Galletta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi, in ritardo, faccio i miei elogi al reparto chirurgico Ortopedico, dr. MELLANO, dr. CUOCOLO che mi hanno operato con protesi d’anca. Operazione al Top, due gg a letto e poi in piedi con le stampelle, il personale gentile ed efficiente nel caso di bisogno. Passata in reparto fisioterapico, primario dott.ssa DE PACE, tutti gentili, una bella squadra unita, di medici e infermieri, sempre sorridenti, amano il loro lavoro, anzi direi per loro è avere una MISSIONE. Prendersi cura del paziente sempre. E poi tutti i fisioterapisti gentili, attenti e molto pazienti. Un ringraziamento a lui di nome ROBERTO che mi ha seguito per 1 mese dal 10 Settembre/10 Ottobre 2021 e che oggi 25/03 posso camminare molto bene, la mia cicatrice si è completamente assorbita, quest’anno al mare costume con pantaloncino e tanto nuoto. La dottoressa Ilenia Blanco e tutta la sua equipe, super professionali e mi hanno coccolato come non mai avendo avuto un imprevisto durante l'esecuzione dell'esame. Sono soddisfattissimo e consiglio questa struttura ospedaliera. Bravi tutti.
