L	Ludovico Scopacantine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho tentato in sia per via telefonica sia utilizzando il servizio online per prenotare una visita ma niente non c'è verso di farlo tramite queste vie. avrei dovuto ricevere entro 2 giorni lavorativi una chiamata dallo staff (come scritto sul sito) ma così non è stato, mi toccherà andare di persona. L'unica cosa che mi chiedo è: a cosa servano questi servizi se poi si rivelano inutili? A tal proposito, ci tengo a ringraziare il Dott. Alessandro Nicodemo per la riuscita dell'operazione , la Dottoressa Barale per il post-intervento, ma anche l'anestesista, gli infermieri e tutto il personale del terzo piano B i quali mi hanno seguito con attenzione e professionalità. Ora son tornato per intervento al menisco dott Marenco( top!) Zero dolore post intervento etc etc. La Cellini si avvale di grandi professionisti specializzati nel loro settore. Mi auguro e spero di non aver più bisogno di chirurghi, ma se per sfortuna dovessi averne bisogno continuerò ad avvalermi di questa struttura e dei loro professionisti. Ndr. Entrato in reparto sono stato accolto e coccolato da tutto il personale( tutti e dico tutti... ,) Il top? Buongiorno sono il suo infermiere.... Vi ho detto tutto! Seguito passo a passo come la volta precedente col dott Pozzi. Oggi con il dott Marenco idem! Scusate il francesismo ... Ma qui hanno le palle quadrate!! High level structure and staff. Un ringraziamento in particolare al dottor Lenci che mi ha operato e seguito prima e dopo operazione molto efficente grazie. c	christian si on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno volevo segnalare la mia esperienza. ho telefonato per mio padre per operazione di cataratta chiedendo se fosse possibile passare con il sistema sanitario nazionale (mutua).. la signorina della reception mi ha detto di sì che però prima avrei dovuto fare la visita più oct a pagamento. Fatta la visita il dottore prescrive una cura di tre mesi composta da delle bustine ( integratori e un collirio per vedere se la situazione migliorava. Mi chiedo come possa migliorare una cataratta con questa cura?.Facciamo visita più oct A pagamento ..Il dottore ci dice che si appoggiano a villa pia una struttura privata che ha macchinari di altissimo livello sconsigliandoci l'operazione con il sistema sanitario nazionale che tra l'altro mi diceva che i tempi di attesa erano lunghissimi. Ci siamo sentiti presi in giro.Ci siamo raccomandati di passare con la mutua per problemi economici e alla fine ci è costato trecento euro di visite per avere un preventivo esoso a pagamento per la catarratta Good morning I wanted to report my experience. Questa mattina ho accompagnato mia madre per ritirare gli esiti (3 ore di attesa perchè il medico ha avuto un contrattempo... poverino...) nei risultati è stato scritto che il paziente ovvero mia mamma non ha seguito le indicazioni di respirazione date dal "dottore" e l'esame (pagato) è venuto male. Ora non capisco se questi "dottori" non hanno voglia di lavorare o semplicemente se ne fregano della salute delle altre persone... con la scusa del covid se ne fregano. Comunque sia, se ne avete possibilità andate in un altro ospedale, pessima esperienza io sicuramente la porterò altrove. Prenotato intervento il giorno in questione non è lui ad operare bensì un'altra dottoressa. Se io mi rivolgo ad un dottore è perché voglio essere operato da lui e non da chicchessia anche se competente.
