L	Luca De Fazio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Rsa Chiabrera 34 ha accolto mio papà a fine agosto, dopo esserci confrontati con il direttore di struttura e l' assistente sociale nel trovare la giusta sistemazione. Devo dire che già da subito la loro disponibilità è stata immensa e questo ha giocato sicuramente a rendere meno traumatico per noi l'allontanamento da casa. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente confortevole soprattutto per le persone che necessitano di assistenza ad alta intensità. Tutto il personale dalle ragazze alla reception, ai medici ,alle oss,agli infermieri senza dimenticare educatori e fisioterapisti, svolgono il proprio lavoro con cura e determinazione. Sicuramente ho dimenticato qualcuno e me ne scuso pubblicamente. Sono sempre pronti ad ascoltarci e a darci consigli ,ma anche a rassicurarci. Il clima che si è creato è di sana allegria che non guasta in posti come questi e allo stesso tempo il loro lavoro è svolto con grande professionalità. All' interno della struttura non si sentono odori, cosa non scontata per una residenza per anziani. Ci sono ampi saloni dove si può stare in compagnia oppure aree un pò più tranquille per passare con il proprio caro qualche ora. The Rsa Chiabrera 34 welcomed my father at the end of August, after having confronted the manager of the structure and the social worker in finding the right accommodation. I must say that their availability was immediately immense and this has certainly played a part in making the removal from home less traumatic for us. We have found a comfortable environment especially for people who need high intensity assistance. All the staff from the girls at the reception, to the doctors, to the oss, to nurses without forgetting educators and physiotherapists, carry out their work with care and determination. I have certainly forgotten someone and I apologize publicly. They are always ready to listen to us and give us advice, but also to reassure us. The climate that has been created is one of healthy joy that does not hurt in places like these and at the same time their work is done with great professionalism. Inside the structure, no smells can be heard, which is not obvious for a residence for the elderly. There are large halls where you can stay in the company or areas that are a little quieter to spend a few hours with your loved one.

Assistenza insufficiente, al limite.Incompetenza. Personale non formato,turn over elevato e minutaggio secondo retta pagata. Assistenza sostituita da dosi non ben definite dai farmaci.Sui report scrivono (in italiano stentato)dosaggio a.b.(al bisogno). Colloqui con la famiglia lo stretto necessario poca trasparenza . Quando è morto mio papà ...nessuno si è degnato di fare le condoglianze. Ho co solo conosciuto presunzione e freddezza. Terrible. My dad survived 35 days. Absolutely not suitable for people with dementia or Alzheimer's. Insufficient assistance, to the limit. Incompetence. Untrained staff, high turnover and minutes according to paid tuition. Assistance replaced by doses not well defined by drugs. Reports write (in poor Italian) dosage a.b. (as needed). Talks with the family the strictly necessary little transparency. When my dad died ... no one deigned to offer condolences. I have only known presumption and coldness.

A	Armando God Hammer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima struttura dal punto di vista organizzativo e sanitario. Abbiamo trasferito mia madre altrove, perché in pessime condizioni igieniche e sanitarie. Scarsa attenzione, complice il Covid chiudono la struttura e fanno quello che vogliono, rendendo difficili i contatti. Gli effetti personali vengono smarriti o sostituiti con altri non del malato. Le oss della nuova struttura si sono messe le mani ai capelli, per il grado di infiammazione alle parti intime, segno di una scarsissima igiene. Riabilitazione inesistente, perennemente allettata ed anche sedata. Difficile anche telefonare. informazioni poco attendibili e confusionario. EVITATE! Bad structure from an organizational and health point of view. We moved my mother elsewhere, because she was in poor sanitary and hygienic conditions. Poor attention, thanks to Covid, they close the structure and do what they want, making contacts difficult. Personal effects are lost or replaced with others not belonging to the patient. The oss of the new structure got their hands on the hair, due to the degree of inflammation in the private parts, a sign of very poor hygiene. Non-existent rehabilitation, perpetually bedridden and even sedated. It is also difficult to call. unreliable and confusing information. AVOID!

Non era curata nella pulizia della persona e a volte vestita con abiti che non erano i suoi. Stiamo ancora aspettando la restituzione di una felpa che evidentemente non trovano più. Credo anche che non siano in grado di trattare pazienti con questa patologia. La cura non consiste solo nel somministrare farmaci che sono indubbiamente indispensabili, ma anche nel ricevere stimolazioni di tipo sensoriale (ascoltare musica, fare esperienze tattili ed olfattive). Sconsigliata. My mother-in-law, suffering from Alzheimer's, stayed two months in this facility. We were not at all satisfied with the treatment. She was not careful in cleaning the person and sometimes dressed in clothes that were not hers. We are still waiting for the return of a sweatshirt that they obviously can't find anymore. I also believe that they are unable to treat patients with this pathology. The treatment does not consist only in administering drugs that are undoubtedly indispensable, but also in receiving sensory stimulations (listening to music, having tactile and olfactory experiences). Not recommended.

Ma non accettiamo di non potere conoscere le condizioni della paziente: non siamo riusciti a parlare con il reparto se non dopo l'attesa infinita e la pazienza e la tenacia richiamando la struttura ogni 15'.
