Avere persone anziane e ammalate in locali dove la temperatura si aggira dai 28° ai 30°/31° x giorni/settimane lo trovo indecente x una RSA! Credo ci sia anche una normativa in merito.... Quando, in strutture del genere, un l'impianto è rotto, o abbisogna di interventi, questi devono essere immediati programmati al più presto e "momentaneamente supportati" da altri apparecchi sostitutivi "nuovi ed efficienti" installati non dopo gioni ma su-bi-to!
