Non mi era mai capitato che mi dessero più servizi ed accessori di quelli concordati, promessi e contrattualizzati, mi sono ritrovato ad avere migliorie che non avevo richiesto e che neanche avevo immaginato. Come prezzo d' acquisto fatto rapido giro di siti per essere sicuro che ancora una volta valesse la pena di comprare da Fabio e compagnia ed alla fine non c'è stata storia, nessun altro faceva quel prezzo e soprattutto quelle condizioni contrattuali. if I go from Milan to Turin to buy cars, the reasons are there and they are many and valid. it is the second car I buy from them and if there ever is a third it will still be here. It had never happened to me that they gave me more services and accessories than those agreed, promised and contracted, I found myself having improvements that I had not requested and that I had not even imagined. As a purchase price I made a quick tour of sites to be sure that once again it was worth buying from Fabio and company and in the end there was no story, no one else was making that price and especially those contractual conditions.

G	Giancarlo Ressa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace ma mi vedo costretto a togliere una stella dalla mia precedente recensione in quanto per ottenere in massimo bisogna appoggiarsi a collaboratori affidabili: l'agenzia pratiche che si è occupata del mio passaggio mi ha spedito il libretto solo 3 giorni dopo la scadenza del permesso di circolazione, in più ha spedito con raccomandata generica che è ferma non si sa dove e io una settimana dopo la scadenza del foglio provvisorio ho l'auto ferma per colpa della negligenza di qualcuno, ripeto che per poter dare il massimo ogni collaboratore deve dare il massimo. Deluso. "Ho ritirato l'auto usata dopo averla acquistata a distanza basandomi solo sulla fiducia e la professionalità che ho riscontrato al telefono, e non posso che fare grandissimi complimenti all'azienda che ha soddisfatto, e oltre, le mie aspettative, avevo ben riposto la mia fiducia, auto perfetta, meglio delle foto, e trattamento economico veramente ottimo, il viaggio da Bologna ne è valso davvero la pena. Ancora complimenti e spero possiate ancora soddisfare le mie esigenze. Grazie ancora ad Antonio." Si pagano ben 300€ e risposte non ne avete e le officine convenzionate non prendono in carico l'auto poiché fanno fatica a gestirle in breve tempo. .attendo ancora adesso una risposta ad una PEC da ben 22 giorni!!!!! Pentita al massimo di com'è andato l'intero affare dall'inizio fino alla fine... Ho speso dei soldi oltretutto a luglio per un'auto che posso buttare!!! L'avessi acquistata da privato mi sarei arrabbiata meno sicuramente Customer care is not at home. Purchased car full of problems! Certainly not a bargain ... MEC insurance ?? A wonderful waste of money ... You pay well € 300 and you don't have any answers and the affiliated workshops do not take charge of the car as they struggle to manage them in a short time. . still waiting for a reply to a PEC for 22 days !!!!! Most regretful of how the whole thing went from start to finish ... Besides, I spent some money in July for a car that I can throw away !!!
