J’ai fait un test covid il y a deux jours et je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon résultat. J’ai pourtant mentionné que je voyageais hier. Serait-ce parce que je n’ai pas voulu payer 50€ de plus qu’on m’a demandé à l’accueil? C’est dommage qu’on nous fasse signer des papiers sans respecter ce qui est écrit dessus
I took a covid test two days ago and still have not received my result. I did mention though that I was traveling yesterday. Could it be because I didn't want to pay € 50 more than I was asked at the front desk? It's a shame that we are made to sign papers without respecting what is written on them

50 euro per un tampone. 100 per avere notifica entro 24 ore. Notifica mai arrivata. Un'amica che ha fatto la stessa cosa, lo stesso giorno, ma non ha pagato i 100 euro, ha avuto cmq i risultati il giorno seguente. 50 euro "regalati".
50 euros for a tampon. 100 to be notified within 24 hours. Notification never arrived. A friend who did the same thing on the same day, but didn't pay the 100 euro, got the results the following day. 50 euros "given away".

Synlab worst company ever! A bunch of incompetent staff willing to take your money very fast. Don't expect to get anything for your money though. Update due to reply from synlab. I called you in all your different places around Italy, you are never in charge of you don't speak English. I already sent you about 10 emails requesting a refund, about a month ago. Still no reply from someone responsible. You are a joke!

Do not use their services! No results, no support, nobody to help and no one will help you even if you sent urgent messages. Almost missed my flight cause didn't get results!

I pre-booked a COVID test and had to wait outside for 2 hours to have it. They overbooked their timeslots and were badly organised. Very poor customer service and after everything even got charged additionally for COVID test results to be in English. Evade the place if possible.

Poor treatment of clients - When I went to get a COVID test at this location prior to travel, I had to wait 30 minutes in the heat because they were delayed. Today when I arrived 10 minutes late, apologized for my unexpected delay, they treated me very poorly & made me wait to the point that I left without the test. Unexpected situations happen for everyone and they should have been as accommodating with me as I was when there were delays on their end. At a minimum, they should not be rude with clients. If you can, go elsewhere.

My main complaint is that they were disorganized and had to give me 2 tests one after the other because they did the wrong one the first time. I even tried to verify which one I wanted and she kept saying "yes I got it." My nose was not happy. We also had to wait a while even though we had an appointment, so be prepared for that. However we got the test results back within 24 hours which was great!
